GoogleTom O'Rourke helped us find our new home to live. He was very polite and friendly. He went out of his way to check on our progress while we was searching for a property, he always contacted us straight away when new properties became available. When we were being shown properties he was very informative, he made the whole family feel welcome and at ease and knew what we wanted. When he had found us our new home he was quick and efficient in sorting out the paperwork to finalise our moving in date.Overall I would highly recommend the use of his services.

GoogleFrom the initial call to book a viewing too completion was a smooth run, 5 weeks to be exact. The team were available to take calls and queries whenever i called, and responded with replies just as quick. The process was made easier with the use of William h browns internal solicitors and conveyencer service, making the access to documents much easier to process, and to respond to on the portal. I would not hesitate to use William H Brown and would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleI met Olly after already in discussion with other estate agents and within few minutes of talking, I was won me over by Olly's drive . He is such an exceptionally charismatic gentleman. Olly and Tom did an amazing job in getting tenants for my rental property within a month considering the fact that it was over the festive period. Their service is exemplar, they kept me informed throughout the process and answered every question. I am so delighted that i chose to work with them and i will recommend them to anyone looking to rent out their property.
