GoogleTerrible company, never rent a property that's managed by these people. Total incompetence, rudeness and arrogance. They don't reply to emails or return phone calls. They tell you something different each time you speak to them which causes you to pay out for expenses that are potentially unnecessary. Then they have to cheek to tell you that having a giant hole in your living room which is full of sewage and rats is not dangerous or uninhabitable even though children could easily fall down the hole, potentially breaking bones or get an infection / disease from the rats which are coming out of the sewage hole and spreading it around the house and that we are "making a bigger deal out of it than we should be". Even though the contractor who quoted for the repairs said he wouldn't leave a dog in those conditions. Avoid this estate agents.NegativeQuality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI walked in to willian h brown on a thursday morning,stressed to the max with no where 2 live due go unforseen circumstances, thank to katie an james we rented a lovely 3 bedroom bungalow an was in there by friday evening, katie was off on the friday so it was all down to james who had to deal with me phoning every half hour an driving him mad that young man delt with everything that day an i mean everything, never as there been such a crazy 24 hours an down to james we had our keys 2 our new home by friday at 5pm, i want to say thank you so much william h brown an of course more so to james who worked hes arse off 4 24 hours 2 get us in a property as soon as he could thank you so much u honestly dont know how much it ment to us xPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI was highly overwhelmed by the good and kind services I received from William H Browm Clacton on sea branch. I received a friendly services from them with special that’s to Katie the letting Manager and James. They were always willing to get me any help that I needed during renovations and they capped it up by getting me a good tenant. GoogleArranged for a rental viewing and no one turned up,, no call or anything to let me know.. Called office and was assured they was on there way,, 15 min later call back and the person in question was in the office...didnt bother to let me know, but clearly wasn't planning on showing me the property despite booking it. Lies sayo g they was on way when wasnt. Pure lack of Communication and really poor service. Would not recommend what soever.
