From my old tennent moving out to new tennents moving in took 8 days from a landlords point of view is brilliant .great team .

GoogleExcellent customer service from start to finish with the sale of my Dads house. Kept us up to date at all times, especially Michelle who was always at the other end of the phone when we needed assistance and anything chasing. Highly recommend them :)

GoogleDo not take a tenancy with this estate agent! My mother paid a holding deposit initially which she was told would be returned once I moved in but as soon as they had all the money they refused to return the deposit! The aerial does not work in the property and they have refused to fix it and now I have been chased for a 2 pence rent arrears!!! GoogleI used William H Brown Clacton for a tenant finding service. Communication with Oliver Hill, lettings manager was good. The process was quick and efficient from taking photos, advertising, finding the tenant, doing referencing checks and the inventory. I would use again

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Run up debt under the estate agents name and did not pay before sale. 3 years of debt collection letters and threats and William H Brown are insisting they have nothing to do with it, despite it being under their name. Disgusting attitude in emails received from the manager at 6am!
Its a shame you have felt the need to leave a negative review. We understand that this is stressful for you, but we have reiterated on numerous occasions that the assistance in the transfer of utilities is not the responsibility of the estate agent. We never owned the property, and never accumulated any debts at the property with Affinity Water (Or any other utility firms). We have never been responsible for any bills at the property. We have provided contact details and tried to help point you in the correct direction. We have also tried contacting the debt collection agent to try and assist (Email sent on the 30/01/2023 which you were copied into). We have not had correspondence back from BW Legal, nor have they been willing to speak to us on the matter. I apologise that my email to you on the 29th of June was early, but it was just that I started working at that time, that day. If you wish to discuss this with me further, I am happy to discuss.
