I used Omega for buying and selling my property. All staff were very helpful and friendly but I mainly dealt with Ian and David who were very understanding of the stresses that come with moving, they were always very efficient and made me feel comfortable and at ease when things weren't going as smoothly as they could have been (no fault of Omega) I would definitely use them again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others Maxine Beckham

We saw a lovely bunglow advertised by Mike Vincent & Son. We made an offer via the agent and it was accepted. Communication between the parties was very good even though they had only recently opened after lock down. Chris, Ian and all the team kept us up to date with what was happening. We also took advise from them for our mortgage and which solicitor to use, all in all we were glad that we took their advise as the team all worked very hard to achieve a flawless sale and purchase. As a landlord of both commercial and residential property I can highly recommend Mike Vincent & Son. Shelley, Jill and Charlotte do a very professional job and handle any problems that arise promptly. If there are repairs to be done they arrange for competent people to do the work at a fair price. There vetting of new tenants is very thorough therefore rent arrears happen very rarely.

100 per cent 5 stars for omega property services in Clacton on sea, over the past few months we have met alot of estate agents who have took us on viewings to property's, but non as professional as david gooderham,who not only listened to what we wanted in a family home but explained and went through every step of the way to ensure what we needed to do, he made it run smoothly and made many a phone call to ensure we were OK and give us updates, he went above and beyond and although at times I must have driven him crazy he never let on! I had the fortune of having David handle the purchase of our new home. He was brilliant. When the end of tenancy inspection wasn't completed by the other Estate agent which would have delayed the exchanging of contracts, David managed to get a set of keys and let us inspect the property ourselves. In doing so we were able to exchange and then complete as planned. All the other staff I spoke with were helpful. If they didn't know the answer to my question, they would arrange for David to contact me with the answer. Thanks again David.
