YellUse Mike Vincent estate agent for a pain free, communicative, honest platform to sell your property
We brought our bungalow from Mike Vincent and moved in August 27th this year. The process of selling our property was a challenging one due to issues with other parties and solicitors. Ian at Mike Vincent was so supportive, informative and was passionate and driven in supporting the chain being motivated and moving forward. Good service should include good communication and honesty, all of these Mike Vincent Estate agents delivered. Don't hesitate to use them if you are selling a property.

Omega merged with MVS Estates in the last year. I pay particular tribute to Ian (and Sally - she recently left - both formerly of Omega) whom handled the sale of my property. Friendly and informed, they kept me regularly updated on viewings and feedback. Once a buyer was secured, maintained regular communication and helped keep momentum through the whole process until completion. The service I experienced was by far the best and would have no hesitation in recommending MVS Estates to others.

GoogleI have been dealing with sally for a while now she found me my dream house sadly due to problems with mortgage I sadly lost the property , sally never gave up she constantly sent me updates and called me weekly to offer her assistance. I have decided to rent a place in clacton for a year to see if this is where I want to live permanently if I do I will instantly contact sally again to help me as I found her friendly ,efficient and very knowledgeable thank you so much for all your help

GoogleI have to give omega properties 4 stars for their brilliant customer service and attitude towards clients, the 5th star is for Steven (a lovely gentleman) very polite, helpful and clearly cares about his clients, I haven’t had a single problem which hasn’t had a quick fix and Steve always makes sure my mind is at ease.
