GoogleTheir rental side is so unprofessional team you will ever find. Do not trust them with your property. The tenant trashed my house and omega did nothing about it. They even managed to loose the deposit back to the tenant who they found a new lease for her. Some poor landlord now been dumped with a tenant from hell. Omega just count the money they make and don't look after your interest.
Dear Mr Lewis, we have of course spoken recently in regards to your case, I understand your frustration and still find it difficult to accept the decision of the adjudicator appointed by the deposit protection service. As we have discussed the evidence provided was submitted with specialist damp reports, check in and out inventories and various photographs taken from inspections during the tenancy. It is with regret this case did not end well unlike the former tenancy's managed by Omega for you. I wish you the very best for the future.

We brought our bungalow from Mike Vincent and moved in August 27th this year. The process of selling our property was a challenging one due to issues with other parties and solicitors. Ian at Mike Vincent was so supportive, informative and was passionate and driven in supporting the chain being motivated and moving forward.
