We have recently left as tenants a property we rented since 2022 with MVS and can honestly say they deserve a 5* star review. Charlotte the Administraton Manager dealt with us as tenants and has always been so lovely, professional and was so kind. If we ever needed assistance she would always give us such a quick response and always made sure the property was maintained with fixtures if needed quickly. I would strongly AVOID. We had bad experiences with this agent. My Mum & her ex husband had to eventually sell their home after a very difficult separation. A few months before completion I'd been admitted to hospital. Upon my arrival back; my Mum informed me that whilst I was ill in hospital, Alan, kept calling my Mum using scaremongering tactics about us being made homeless, because we had difficulty finding somewhere to live. I myself, directly had the same experience with Alan over the phone, after coming back from hospital. (which was the last thing I needed) I had then contacted our conveyancing solicitor regarding this ‘homeless’ scenario being spout about by this agent who assured us otherwise. We could have easily & legally pulled out, even at that stage. I also had to ask Ian to stop persistently calling our landline as we needed the phone at all times. Whilst I acknowledge this agent has a job to do, their insensitive behaviour was bordering on desperation. I’ve shared these bad experiences of this agent with others and I’ll continue to do so. Despite it being almost two years since we moved. Agents behaviour towards the end completely unnecessary.

A very professional firm

I phoned Mike Vincent property services by chance as I did not know any agents in the area. I was selling a house for a relative. I met and dealt with Ian Hunter and from start to finish he never failed to get back to me kept me in the loop the whole time and another out any problems as they came. The deal was done and all went through in a very professional and quick time. I was not in the area so Ian did all the arrangements and viewings from beginning to end thank you MV PROPERTY and especially Ian Hunter.

Regarding our recent sale and purchase through Mike Vincent and Sons, Both myself and my wife are so pleased with the service we received during the purchase process, Ian,Alan and their team couldn't do enough to assist us, they were always there at the end of a phone and sorted out any issues very quickly, we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy. We feel that using a LOCAL estate agent is the way to do it as they have extensive local knowledge and are small enough to really care about their customers, which sometimes can't be said for the national agencies. Couldn't have been happier with our service when completing our house purchase through Omega. Our initial viewing was with Dave, who was well versed on our prospective house and was able to answer all our questions there and then. Subsequently, appointments were made through Dave to view the property further, and he couldn't have been more accomodating of our awkward, often last minute, weekend viewing requests. Thanks so much Dave. As our interest in the property grew, we were handed over to Louis, who eventually handled the sale. Louis was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Personable and friendly, whilst being extremely efficient and professional, he turned what can be a stressful and difficult process, into a, (dare I say it?!), fun and smooth transaction, for both us and the sellers of our new home. Ours was a probate sale, and Louis helped manage the sale with sensitivity and compassion, which was appreciated on our side. We felt entirely comfortable with Louis behind the wheel of our purchase.
