Charlotte and the rest of the team were so friendly and attentive! She was really quick with replies and queries and went above and beyond for me, even once I was in my new home. The whole process was super quick from viewing the property to getting the keys and signing the tenancy was 5 days! I couldn’t recommend Charlotte and the team at Mike Vincent & Sons more! I completed the sale of my house yesterday through Omega; Sally was an excellent member of the sales team; she continually kept me informed and updated with the progress of the sale throughout. Congratulations Sally a job well done. I would also like to mention David Gees; it was because of his great skills in the housing market is why we decided to go with Omega in the beginning. I had chosen three Estate Agents and David was definitely the nicest to deal with; I was proved right as the house sold within the first two weeks; the rest of the team at Omega are also very helpful. If one isn't available another staff member picks up whatever you need them to do. Overall a smashing firm of Estate Agents and I would definitely recommend them.

We have recently exchanged contracts on our home which has been a very long and stressful process. However, Omega were amazing! They ensured they kept us informed and also chased all necessary parties to ensure we could exchange and get a moving date as soon as possible. We moved from West Sussex to Clacton and used MVS through the purchase of our new property. We mainly really with David Gees, although Ian Hunter initially showed us the property on the first viewing. MVS were reliable and frequent with updates throughout the purchase process and they were always on hand when we had questions. When we had questions about the property, they were always very quick at getting answers from the sellers! Not that we want to move again, but if we did, I would not hesitate to use them again and I would recommend them to anyone else looking for an estate agent in the Clacton area!

I really don't believe the reviews are genuine on this page. I have had nothing but trouble with the lettings team, I find them to be totally useless, Alan in particular is dreadful at his job and Steven is very rude. if you want to let out a property I suggest you use a reputable lettings agent, because Omega is not one to trust, you will have nothing but trouble.
