David was amazing, we couldn't have asked for more! Even though we only bought through Mike Vincent and had nothing to sell ourselves, David went above and beyond to help us through the process. We had a lot of problems with our solicitors - slow replies, lack of information/interest, all of the things you expect from solicitors I've since found out from friends and family - and David stepped in on numerous occassions to get things moving again. On top of the help he provided whilst dealing with our solicitors, he was quick to reply, was very informative and friendly and happy to help in other areas wherever needed. No complaints at all!

You don’t get to retirement age without having bought and sold a few houses along the way. Likewise you meet a selection of estate agents too. We have just made a purchase through Mike Vincent Estate Agents, and had a really good experience with them. They have mastered the art of being professional but maintained a lovely warm friendly service. Not always an easy thing to accomplish. Recently sold a flat through Mike Vincent and dealt with David GEES. David quickly found us a buyer but when this sale fell through, he immediately re-advertised the property and secured us a new purchaser and all went though smoothly. David was great at keeping us up to date with the sale and although we are quite demanding clients, he listens and understands what we need from him.
