GoogleI was really finding it hard to find a property I liked and area as I am very picky but a really friendly member of staff helped me and pointed me in the right direction I never been so pleased Mitch Beadle went out of her way to help me I would definitely recommend her to any one who is looking or finding it hard to find a place.

Kelly has gone above and beyond to help me even if it was of no benifit to her. She has been so easy to talk to and explains everything so clearly you are not left confused in what can be a very stressful experience. GoogleBe careful both buyers and sellers!. Went for a second viewing on Saturday and made an offer there and then stating it will be a cash purchase and therefore not subject to lenders valuation or survey. On Monday Kelly phones to say offer accepted and put in writing . Tuesday morning I instructed solicitor to proceed with purchase and them all details and deposit paid.. Emailed Kelly with proof of funds, solicitors details and stating as flat was vacant I could complete within 14 to 28 days if acceptable with vendor. Done and dusted?. No, Kelly calls Wednesday morning to say she had taken someone to view the flat Tuesday night and they had put in a higher offer and would I like to increase my offer. Urgh no!. An offer accepted in writing, solicitor working on the sale and they still show the apartment, take another offer then call me to gazump them!. Dirty tricks Kelly and obviously not an ethical estate agent.

I would advise anybody wanting to sell there home your first port of call should be Leaders you will be greeted by a lovely lively bunch who will work non stop till the job is done and thanks to them all we are now in a lovely bungalow.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

They they were in constant contact whilst we both searched . I would highly recommended you contact Laura if you are searching for a property.

GoogleId give these people no stars if could unless they know you probably not worth trying them had 6 properties on different days to view suprise suprise they have let why would they let property out without letting everyone who has appointment to view even took day off work on a Saturday to find out in morning property no longer available and i had to ring them couldn't even be bothered to call me days money wasted they only want couples in a house regardless if you can afford it or not so thanks leaders what a great experience you havnt bern will tell anyone i know looking to rent buy or sell not to use this company

We always want to provide the highest level of service to our customers during their dealings with us and really regret to hear you haven't received this from us in this instance I’ve spoken with the Clacton Lettings Manager to discuss your feedback, sadly as you have stated your viewings could not go ahead due to the properties being let, as I’m sure you can appreciate often at times when letting a property there are a number of different parties who are all interested in the same properties which means they don’t always remain available for long periods of time even if viewings are arranged for later dates. When any properties with viewings scheduled are taken off the market it is standard process that the team contact applicants to make them aware to ensure there are no unnecessary journeys or cancelled plans and can only offer our apologies if the team had not done this. We are eager to help our customers during their search for a property but it can be noted that ultimately the decision of whether or not to let a property is at the discretion of the Landlord when any offers are put forward. GoogleRude people. Do not actually do anything to help you. Will gladly take all your money but will not do any work on a property managed by them. Will not tell you what you have to pay until you've already signed everything and then drop unexpected charges on you. Most expensive estate agents in the area and you dont even get what you pay for. Can't be bothered to properly liason with landlords. Willing to let children under 5 freeze through winter because of a poorly built flat and poor heating inside, wouldn't contact landlord either. Lie about what happens when your landlord can't legally sign a new contract (told us not to pay rent increase but then on moving out told us we owed them money for rent but didnt pull up on it for the 5 months we supposedly underpaid) All they care about is their pay check, not the actual human beings they house. AVOUD AVOID AVOID!!!

GoogleFar more expensive than other letting agents. Poor service from the start with misinformation, including not letting us know there was a washing machine in the kitchen and informing us that there was a loft, when there isn't. Slow to send through the inventory, which was 52 pages long and contained multiple errors. Maintenance team are disorganised and slow at responding and most of the companies used are incompetent and lacking in specialist skills. This includes: Taking MONTHS to finally attend to investigate the problem with the upstairs radiators coming on whenever the hot water is on. Taking 2 visits to 'fix' the toilet with the wrong part. This then required a further visit from another company who actually fixed the problem - by fitting the correct part. Sending a plumber to fit a blind in the lounge - he admitted he had never done one before. He fitted the weights upside down and we corrected this once he had left. Arriving - very late - with the wrong type of replacement shower. Taking 2 visits to fix the stairs - had they checked the other stairs upon the first visit they would have noticed that other repairs were necessary.

GoogleI have been a tenant of leaders for a few years and this is more of a review aimed at a few of the staff than the company itself as I feel they deserve a mention for their hard work and dedication during my time as tenant. I would highly rate my property manager Mitch at the Colchester branch as she has been in my experience friendly, understanding and helpful a real pleasure to talk to and when ever I have had any issues sorts them quickly as has Craig in the clacton branch I have found him to be proffesional, friendly and willing to help me at any time.

GoogleExcellent customer service five star for that all day long , only thing that let me down was the brokers I was passed onto (lifetime legal ) they then passed me onto my solicitor and there was very poor and at some point no communication between these 2 company's but once I raised my issues with leaders they put there top man on the case for me and all my issues was sorted within the hour which I was gob smacked at ! So I recommend leaders to anyone and everyone but find your own solicitors
