Hi David, we’re really sorry to read that you have been dissatisfied with the service you have received from us throughout the renewal process of your tenancy, we set very high standards for ourselves across our business and take it very seriously when these are not met. I have had the chance to look into this and can see that the renewal process for your tenancy began back in October 2018 a month before the end of the fixed term of the tenancy. We appreciate that the renewal of a tenancy can cause apprehension for tenants as this is a time they seek peace of mind surrounding their security at the property moving forward. It can be noted that here at Leaders that we made a number of changes to our structure last year and one of them was a change in the renewal process of tenancies with this being dealt with by an external renewals team away from the branches at our Lettings Support Centre, sadly due to the change around this process there were a few things which needed to be ironed out to help make this process as efficient as possible however would like to offer our apologies for the impact this had on you as it can be evidenced you received the agreement sometime after the actual date in the renewal. We are pleased to hear that despite some delays that the renewal has now been sorted but would like to offer our apologies for any inconvenience caused surrounding this. We recognise the importance of all reviews and appreciate you giving us the chance to improve by providing us with your comments as it is feedback such as this as this which helps us refine our services moving forward, we hope that should you need to undertake the renewal process again that we are able to deliver a level of service you are happier with. GoogleI have been with Leaders for quite a few months now after being badly let down by 9 out of 10 of the agents I had used in Clacton, trying to sell my property.
Right from the word go, from Carly to Blake, Daniel and Kelly in the sales team, it has been a very friendly professional service and communication has been first class.
They all deserve a huge pat on the back and all the positive praise that comes their way, as they do actually care about their clients and that fact shines through in the way that they keep in constant touch and stay really friendly both over the telephone and in the office. They are all very welcoming and I really couldn't have asked for a better experience from them all. Most of all, they can all have a laugh with their customers and helps to keep the stress levels down. I will miss all of them when I eventually move and if I ever could take any people with me to my new destination, it would be this bunch. Kelly over the last few months has been exceptional, not only in securing a buyer for me and my partner, but she has been really understanding and made us feel very much at ease with the whole situation. A friendly face makes all the difference and Leaders in Clacton have all of them.
Thank you all very much so far for a wonderful experience and thank you all for caring enough to make what is usually a stressful experience, a really good one.
5 Star 10/10 all the way.
Oh, and Daniel makes a very nice cup of tea, so he is definitely wasted behind a desk ;)
