GoogleLeaders Clacton thinks itβs acceptable for a pregnant woman to live in a flat that is covered in mould. She been in the property for about 3 months. The landlord and Leaders have ignored requests for her to vacate the property for the safety of herself, partner and unborn child. They have ignored responsibility and the duty of care towards human life. I would avoid choosing Leaders as the way they have treated her and her unborn child is disgusting.

GoogleWe were shown a property yesterday by Jake from Leader's in Clacton. We were very happy with the experience. He was friendly, polite and professional. After viewing the property he spent a few minutes with us to make sure any questions were answered, a hand out of the house details and contact information was shared with us. Also I have found communication with other members of the team to be very pleasant - professional and welcoming. Thank you very much.

Efficient, able to think on their feet, and they did everything they said they would do, and very competently. Rebecca and Lauren are superb at their jobs. Can't recommend them highly enough. They have given me complete peace of mind while I live abroad.

GoogleI placed my mother"s flat on the market some time ago with Leaders Estate agency who, I have to say, have worked incredibly hard to achieve a good sale for me. Throughout recent months, the uncertainty surrounding Brexit has proven to be a difficult time for estate agents and vendor's alike. However, all staff at Leaders have remained positive and cheerful. One member of staff however has shone through with constant updates and cheerful enthusiasm. Kelly Lloyd kept me posted almost daily and has informed me of all relevant comments from prospective purchasers. I am grateful to all staff at Leaders including Blake and Carly but must give a big thumbs up and a big Five Stars to KELLEY. Well Done and thank you, Graham.

GoogleKelley Lloyd is amazing, myself and my partner are first time buyers and even though we havent found pur first property yet. Whenever I speak to kelley she is enthusiastic and hardworking in finding properties that meet the personal needs for us. Even if it is for a wuick chat to check up on us even if it isnt a property with leaders estate agent. A genuine lovely person and I hope she can find us our first home. If you are looking for your first home or are selling then speak to Kelley, you wont be disappointed. Just amazing.

GoogleWe have been renting a property for four and half years from leaders estate agents. We've had a few hiccups with maintenance due to landlords failure to upkeep the property. But I must say the few issues we did stumble across was dealt with by Mitch Beadle, senior property manager. She has been absolutely wonderful and made our experience 5 STAR She is very pleasant, polite and professional. She has a natural ability to reassure her tenants and follow through with her promises of sorting the problems in a quick timely manner. She has been the best person for helping us with our tenancy, and I couldn't think of anyone better for the job! She always goes above and beyond π Huge thank you to Mitch for all her help, Tammy & Tom.

GoogleAs soon as I walked in the door Jodie was extremely friendly, she made me feel at ease and answered every question that I had with confidence. Jodie went above and beyond to make sure our new home was perfect, she did everything she could do in her power to sort out details, and thanks to her we can now keep our dogs, which to us, are our family!
