I have moved in to my first rented property after being regected by numerous agents & landlords. I have never been so happy to start my new life in Clacton with my daughter, it was a stressful start with all the paperwork but Olivia who was dealing with pretty much the whole thing was an absolute Gem! She's super polite & knows to have a laugh aswell which is always a good side :) she is still offers her help if I need it & it's made me feel so reassured of my move. Thank you so much to Olivia & also to Rebecca who filled in when Olivia was away from her desk! I couldn't recommend Leaders anymore than I have! I wish there was more nice agents like them around!

It was my first time renting and if I were to do it again I would 100% pick leaders, simply because of the service I got from Olivia! She’s absolutely amazing, she was so attentive to me, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a good first experience and it seemed so much less daunting having her there. Even after I already moved; she’s been checking up on me and making sure I’m getting settled okay. Honestly, the agency are extremely lucky to have you Olivia! I had a nightmare of a flat to sell with an extremely low lease, it had been with other agents with no luck, i thought it was impossible to sell. I contacted leaders and was assigned Daniel Shurey who came to my home and despite with my lack of confidence he told me he thrives of a challenge and reassured me he will sell my property. After meeting Daniel , he was able to draw in possible buyers and not only secured one, but in the worst financial time (covid). Daniel was fast at response , professional , down to earth persistent and got the job done fast. He was faced with so many obstacles that left him to go beyond his job, he knew what to do every time with his intelligence and negotiating. Daniel is an absolute asset to leaders i would recommend every time. Its actually quite sad to say goodbye to him because with the bumpy journey we all had, he has a remarkable sense of humour to keep the client hopeful and smiling . He deserves a gold medal for the amount of effort he has put into the sale of my property. Leaders have recently sold my family home, Kelly is a absolute hero, really friendly i would as go as far to say as THE BEST negotiator I have ever dealt with and i hope to have dealings with her i the future. Tom from the Clacton branch was amazing! He always conducted himself in the most professional manner but at the same time was down to earth and very easy to talk things with through. As a first time buyer, I was nervous about the whole process and there were a number of aspects of buying a property that I was not 100% sure of. Tom went through things clearly with me and broke it down so that I fully understood everything. Tom was never too busy to answer my questions on the phone or by email. In my opinion, Tom is a great representation, not just for the Clacton branch but for Leaders as a whole. If I am ever in need of an estate agents in the future, I would have no doubts about using Leaders and would absolutely request Tom to assist me

Olivia at leaders has been an absolute star. We were so worried we would be left homeless after being let down by another agency. Leaders have done a fantastic job selling our house. We had it on the market with another agent for a while who unfortunately couldn’t mange to get any viewings which we found very strange However once we switched to leaders we had a viewing the following day and 6 viewings that week by the second week we had sold our property. They did all there due diligence on the buyer and we’re also very proactive with there sale from beginning to the end. We had a little stumbling block near the end to no fault of leaders and they helped us with it.
