The Haart team at the Clacton branch have been great. For starters I dealt with Lewis when anything of interest became available in my price range until I found the house I eventually brought. When my offer was accepted on a house I then went on to deal with Haart's sale progressor Catherine who was always helpful and was willing to give me the time of day to talk about anything I needed to in regards to the sale. Was made to feel very comfortable and Haart wasn't even my own estate agent. If this girl had a bad day then she never let it show. She always came a crossed friendly and helpful and a clear asset to Haart. I personally feel people skills should never be underestimated and this obviously isn't the case for Catherine.

Ben and Catherine had the Haart needed, so thank you to you both, and those who supported you in our recent dealings. Commissioning an estate agent, the right one, a company and its employees that will act promptly, pro-actively and creatively to ensure a buyer is found, the deal is made as smoothly as possible, and will act in the best interests of the seller, is not an easy task! Haart are not the cheapest by any means, but they earn their money and are the best in my opinion. What you reap is what you sow, make compromise on the cost and the journey could be perilous. I cannot express how helpful Catherine was, although we did not buy through Haart but used their mortgage broker and recommend solicitor. As first time buyers we had no idea what we were doing and needed all the support we could get. We threw money at people we thought would help us and didn't which made everything very stressful! We had no clue what each bit of paper meant but thankfully Catherine took us under her wing and went through literally everything, she contacted solicitors and the estate agents we were buying through. She made everything so much easier for us. I am truly grateful for everything she has done for us and would recommend anyone and everyone to go through Haart estate agents purely because of this wonderful lady!
