We are in process of selling the house. We honestly had no idea where to even start from. I spoke to Haart and a lovely guys (sorry didn't catch the name) explained everything, took my details and booked free valuation. We then got in contact with Faith. She was AMAZING! You can see that she knows her stuff. Very professional, bubbly and friendly. She talked us through every step and really made sure that we are happy with everything. She was updating us on daily basis because we were just feeling a little bit overwhelmed with selling the house. Thank you Faith for being so helpful . I honestly couldn't recommend Haart enough. We shall see how the sale will go through, but so far so good!

We had a really great experience when using Haart. From the minute we found a property to supporting us in selling our home, Charlotte has been super efficient, polite, knowledgeable, and above all, nothing was ever too much! I have felt at ease throughout the whole process, which I am 100% is because of the support Charlotte gave us. Molly was EXCELLENT got to see the flat and take tenancy up immediately! But the after care was appalling. I'm disabled and had to organise special collection of disability aids but had to cancel and rebook. Unfortunately I've been put in the position of having to pay a whole month's rent because I couldn't get the equipment moved until 6.8.25 I also had to sleep on an airbed for almost a week. I would not recommend haart Clacton Lettings based on my experience. For months I have been asking for a simple breakdown of my rental account showing how much rent has been collected, what deductions have been made, and exactly what I have been charged. This is basic information that any landlord should be able to receive. I have repeatedly spoken to Gabrielle Warner (Branch Partner) and Julie Grace. More than six weeks ago I had exactly the same conversation with Julie that I had again yesterday. It felt like listening to a tape recorder. I was given the same assurances that everything would be sorted out and that the information would be sent to me. Nothing ever happened. Two days ago I even explained that I didn’t need a formal statement. I would have been perfectly happy with a simple email listing the rent collected and the deductions. Even that has never been provided. Yesterday I spent around 10 minutes on the phone with Julie Grace. She again assured me that everything would be sorted out immediately and that she would send me the information I had requested. Within five minutes of ending the call, Gabrielle Warner contacted me again asking only for my bank details, despite the fact that I was still waiting for the account breakdown that had just been promised. What also concerns me is that during the first months of the tenancy I was told that the amount I owed was exactly the same, down to the very last penny, as the rent they had collected. There wasn’t even a difference of one penny. I found that very difficult to understand, especially when I have still never been provided with a breakdown showing how the figures were calculated. I have absolutely no problem providing my bank details once I know exactly how much rent has been collected, what has been deducted, and what I am being paid. Instead, I have had to ask the same questions over and over again for months without receiving any answers. The communication has been extremely poor, promises have repeatedly not been kept, and there has been a complete lack of transparency over money collected on my behalf. Based on my experience, I would not recommend haart Clacton Lettings to anyone looking for a letting agent.
