I have been working with Samantha for a while now and could not be happier with how she deals with the properties. She proactive, polite, always there on the other end of the phone when you need and always willing to go the extra mile to help get the properties to exchange as soon as possible. I would 100% recommend Samantha to anyone looking to market a property in this area

Haart Estate and Letting Agents are exceptionally good at what they do. They've got their games intact and very accessible. Their customer service delivery is undoubtedly the best. I would rate them 💯 any day. I was mainly assisted By MOLLY and Gabby. These ladies are so incredibly good. They made our letting journey easier than it would. I am so amazed on how they treat my case. As a new tenant in UK , the journey was simplified by Molly and Gabby. The team is superb. Their approach is applauding, their swift and timely delivery is undoubtedly the best. Thank you Molly and Gabby. You guys are wonderful. Me and my wife are so proud of your service delivery. We are pleased to recommend your agency and particularly, your service anytime, any day. Keep the good work up. Kudos

This Agency is the best have ever known. To be precise, *MOLLY* is such an amazing person. She's so professional and swift. Not forgotten Gabby, she makes the rental journey easier. The overall experience with this company is excellent. They were very helpful, considerate and time conscious. I am thrilled at the pace of their conducts . Molly is such a working machine who stops at nothing but the best outcome. She's so intentional and more than willing to ensure you secure their offer at you best convenience. If I had to rate her again, I would rate her 1000% if that is allowed 😊. I am so much satisfied with their conducts, ethics and approach. I would definitely recommend Haart estate and letting Agents again and again. I would also be specific to be handled by Molly . Thank you for all you did.

I would like to express my kind thanks to the Haart team, especially Samantha Ramsey for her kind understanding and hard work in getting the purchase of my Flat. It was difficult as the lawyers for the sale and purchase didn’t see eye to eye! Samantha was always there and ready to try to sort the problems out. Waiting times in these situations often take a long time and tempers can run thin! Well done Samantha for helping me get my Flat . I appreciate your mediation skills and the effort you put uno this. I have been dealing with Chantal at Haart in Clacton on Sea. Chantal has, in our opinion, gone above and beyond with help during the sale of our property. Nothing is too much for her and she is happy to chase up and follow up our queries …

Stepping into the scary property market for the very first time, Samantha Ramsey as our ‘move manager’ has quite simply been an absolute Godsend! From the very beginning Sam has been our constant support, always there with us and guiding us at every step throughout the entire process. She is undoubtedly professional, polite and extremely efficient but with a real warmth. What absolutely shines out is that Sam genuinely cares about her clients. Along the way Sam has removed our fears, blocked any potential stress and immediately solved any obstacles. Providing such reassurance and personal attention, Sam has made this whole experience so much easier than we had ever imagined. Thank you Sam 🙏🏼 for everything - you are an absolute star and SpicerHaart are so very lucky to have you on their team x

The staff here are so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to get all of the information you need and get back to you so quickly. I'd like to thank Rianna, Molly and Gabby for all of the help they've given me. Although I spoke to three of the team members all together when renting my new place there was never any missing information as can often happen when you deal with several different people within one business. These women are fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you to all 3 of you for being so helpful and on it! Would definitely come back as I couldn't recommend the team here more highly! 😊

Jamie W and Sammy excellent customer service. Sammy on the ball throughout the whole side of sale making sure Solicitors did the job and escalated and chased. Sammy is absolutely amazing and highly recommend her. Jamie didn't stop and managed to get me a solid buyer after second viewing!! Thank YOU BOTH so much. Amazing first class all round.

I have been supported by Samantha Ramsay during my move. It has not been the easiest house move with having to sell our home for a second time. Sammy was always very professional and reliable. Sammy would always update me even if there was nothing to update me on but always communicated with me well. I would highly recommend working with Sammy and Hart

It took a year to move into our house with one problem after another. Samantha was about in the begging emailing etc but then we hardly heard from her and I felt we were chasing her and the solicitors haart gave us (DC law) to be honest I don’t really have much more to say as I say we didn’t speak much at all. My husband and myself done all the solicitor chasing constantly to get things moving. Most awful stressful time of our lives.

I have come to appreciate the service offered by the Haart Estate Agents in Clacton and especially the way Sammy (Samantha Ramsey) has been so helpful, patient and professional. I could not pursue the purchase of the property but this has nothing to do with the services provided by Sammy. During the whole period, Sammy has been amazing, always available and super efficient. I can only praise the way she has shown understanding and provided practical help. Sammy is reactive, shows intiative and generally a delightful human being to talk to. I will always recommend your agency and commend you for recruiting high quality professionals like Sammy.
