Firstly Lewis had a look around and valued the house. We was happy with the price and the listing that Lewis put on the market. Secondly we had a chap take photographs. Again he took some great pictures and got the best angles of the positive parts of our house. We accepted an offer by our first viewer and was then handed over to Sammy to take over the sale. Sammy was great at keeping us up to date with where we were at. The only down points were we were given a few unrealistic exchange dates (false hope) and when she went on leave she didn't let us know the person covering sales in her absence. But overall Haart were very good.

The worst professional service I have ever encountered in my life. Don't be fooled by the kindness you receive on your first visit (normal for those selling a service anyway), over time you will discover the inability and total disorganization. However, if you really are convinced to use Haart in Clacton, at least make sure that the solicitor will NOT be JsLaw, in which case you start to fear for your mental health and your money. But, if you really want to move forward, remember to record all the conversations you have with Haart staff on your phone, so that their lies can be more easily refuted. Please note, If you have read my previous positive review, simply because it was strongly requested by the Haart staff in Clacton (I could give names, I have the emails) when I was still in the sales process, therefore it was a false review and published only to avoid personal inconveniences. I wonder how many other positive reviews I read about Haart are actually real.

The staff here are so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to get all of the information you need and get back to you so quickly. I'd like to thank Rianna, Molly and Gabby for all of the help they've given me. Although I spoke to three of the team members all together when renting my new place there was never any missing information as can often happen when you deal with several different people within one business. These women are fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more! Thank you to all 3 of you for being so helpful and on it! Would definitely come back as I couldn't recommend the team here more highly! 😊

My contact with Haart at Clacton throughout the purchase of one of their client properties has been Samantha Ramsay. Throughout the process and as we head towards the exchange of contacts, Samantha has been excellent. She has provided weekly updates on her client’s progress often offering reassurance where needed, and chased up key information within the ‘chain’ in order to move things along.
