This was our second time of using Haart to sell our house. Great professional service from beginning to end. Friendly and kind staff that visited to photograph the home and list our property at a market competitive price. James was excellent showing around potential buyers, he listened to the property features and had explained our situation to those viewing. He kept us up to date with the outcomes of the viewings. Our property sold quickly and we were kept up to date weekly by Sammy throughout the process until the property was exchanged and completed. Sammy requested a review of her service weekly. You pay for what you get. If you choose a 1% commission estate agent you get a 1% service. I believe the service we received from haart was wonderful and I would use them again to sell a future property. My only negative is that I found their mortgage advisor pushy and I didn’t use the service. I would shop around for a solicitor JS law that Haart recommend are not the best in my experience.

If I would consider use their services again if needed and really recommend them. I have been letting my bungalow for over a year now with Haart Estate Agents. On the whole, the process has been straightforward and any problems dealt with promptly and professionally. Recently, I have had issues with the current Tenant with late payments. Gabrielle has been very proactive in meeting the Tenant to establish any problems and advising me of what actions can be taken if necessary. In addition, Lauren has kept me informed the whole time. I feel much more reassured knowing that if I have issues then Haart will be with me in the process.

This is the first time I have used Haart and found their service acceptable. My review has to be seen in the context of the sale in that it was not straight forward; it was complicated because it required tenants to vacate the property as the sales process unfolded. I was therefore dealing with both Haart Letting and Sales at the same time. Haart Sales were very professional at the beginning of the process but changed senior personnel part way through; I also had difficulty sometimes in contacting local members of the sales team as they do not have personal telephone numbers. The sales process itself was also extended due to issues with the chain although this was no fault of Haart. Overall my experience was satisfactory although Haart could improve their service by providing more feedback on the sales process as it progresses, particularly towards the end if there are difficulties/delays.

As a first time buyer, I did envision the process being stuff of nightmares as you hear horror stories of this process from friends and family. I cannot begin to explain how epic Jamie Wass and his team are at their jobs as it didn't feel like I was just another customer - I felt like family friend, as that's what it feels like when you walk into Haart - its a family. Our home was sold within a week because of Jamie's professionalism and expertise, and further evidence of this is how he managed to get us a new home in the same week. If you have a brain, you will use this strong family as a means of getting into a new home. Thank you to Jamie and your team, you are all a credit to the Haart brand.

Me and my partner had two house viewings today with Jason Burton. Prior to this I had enquired online and he was very quick to get back to me, which is really handy as I work shifts. Jason was very accommodating to my shift patterns and squeezed us in at very short notice. He was friendly, approachable and made us feel at ease. I really liked that he didn’t come off as a pushy salesman and seemed as excited as we was. One of the houses we visited needed a bit of TLC however, Jason came up with some great ideas and show us where the house could have a lot of potential. Overall, very professional and would definitely recommend!, , , , , , , , , , , EDIT, , , , , , , , , , , , , , I would also like to add a small section about Heena (because it won’t let me write another review) Heena took over from Jason once the the house had been confirmed and I can honestly say she was brilliant. She kept in touch regularly with updates from what was happening in regards to both sides of solicitors. My other half and I are first time buyers, so this is all new to us and Heena was great at explaining the next steps and chasing the solicitors on both sides. She constant kept me in the loop with the progress which was amazing. I would really recommend Heena as she was friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

Gabby explained everything in clear to understand language and was totally professional. It was because of the service Gabby provided that we decided to let through Haart. Gabby was amazing throughout the whole process of the move. She helped get things sorted quickly and efficiently. Molly who was our initial handler struggled slightly with communication but effectively, was a trivial part in our move and in getting the time line accepted with the paperwork. Both girls was fantastic and stuck by us every step off the way. Things like this are so important and matter greatly. Especially when you're just parents trying to better the life of your children, now days moving is extremely difficult and both Molly and Gabby really helped us with all of that, the process, the timeline, the paperwork and every time there was an issue they worked with is instead of against us. Honestly, myself and my family are extremely grateful for the pair of them.
