I found staff to be very helpful and pleasant, moving is stressful however you never feel alone during the process. They answered all calls and concerns and extradited the process very quickly. Our move almost feels surreal and was done so soon, it’s a process however I’d say it’s worth it. Absolutely top marks to Tom at Haart Clacton on sea, for being a complete star throughout all the processes of my house rental finding the perfect tenant. The online details brought out the best of the property's features, he handled all the viewings, was an excellent negotiator, and responded quickly to texts or calls. I have been looking to rent a property for myself and my children for quite a while. After lack of help from other estate agents and ending up feeling quite low, I found a property with Haart but unfortunately it had been let but that wasn't the end of finding a home with Haart (like it was with the others). As a first time buyer the buying process can be very daunting and made worse by what you read or are told about the road to buying your first property. However Haart, Lewis and the team made it a very smooth experience for me and kept me updated and advised me along the way with what the next steps were and how to overcome any obstacles that arose.
