I have moved many times and Haart's are without doubt the worst estate agents it has been my misfortune to have dealings with. From the the start they were poor. Three members of staff were involved in putting my offer forward and they still got it wrong. Even confirmation letters sent out to me were sent to the wrong address! As far as the after sales service goes, well just forget it, all I received was repetitive misinformation and often my calls were not returned. Haarts were partially saved by the intervention of their manager who at least put some effort in and managed to at last help conclude my purchase.

When looking for a new home near my place of work, Haart in Clacton was my first point of contact. Having found a property of interest, Jordan Fletcher was really helpful in dealing with all queries, getting the offer accepted and closing the ‘deal’. The entire team in the office were extremely friendly and helpful, but without Jordan’s persistent chasing of the vendors, the vendors solicitor and my solicitor, I doubt we would have completed the move on the deadline I needed. Moving house and starting a new role in the space of 3 days is stressful so the work the guys did to get it all done and dusted was really appreciated.

Approximately 3 months ago we began searching for our first home, we had little to no luck with even arranging viewings with various impersonal estate agents, however, when we first contacted haart and in particular Jordan fletcher about viewing a property we were greeted with someone that was a perfect blend of professional and friendly, it was refreshing not to be greeted by someone talking like a robot reeling off the generic questions, he took our details and asked in depth about what we were looking for and what our budget was, we weren't really sure what we wanted at the time as we were mainly just after some 'viewing experience', we weren't really interested in the property that we had originally phoned up to view which Jordan managed to pick up on almost straight away, instead he asked a bit more about us and advised us to come take a look at a property they'd just had come in that had not yet come up on right move, he assured us it would be perfect for us and fast forward less than 3 months we are now the proud owners of that house. Not only did Jordan proactively help us find exactly what we were looking for he managed to negotiate a much better price for us, recommend an excellent solicitor and basically take all the stress out of what was arguably one of the biggest moments in our lives. He chased our solicitor, the sellers solicitor and kept us updated regularly with everything that was going on, even after we had completed he was still in touch to make sure that everything was as it should be and congratulate us. The whole experience couldn't have gone better from start to finish and we couldn't recommend jordan and haart enough.

My Sister and I would like to say a huge thank you to the team at Haart in Clacton. It was an upsetting time for us having to sell our late Mothers property. The whole experience was dealt with very sensitively and with genuine warmth and kindness. We cannot fault anything about the service from beginning to end. We had a rocky start with another well known estate agent and didnt get a good service at all. We then arranged an appointment with Stuart and he instantly reassured us and was optimistic that they would be able to sell our house and he was right. We have been in our new property for just over 2 weeks and even though there were some hiccups with solicitors not communicating Jordan was always helpful in chasing and pushing. He was never phased by our continuous phoning for updates and If it wasnt for Jordan's persistence in trying to reach our very tight deadline I think we would still be waiting to move in. The price may seem high but with the level of service we got compared to the other estate agents we would most definitely use them again if we had to. We would highly recommend this team and cant thank them enough for making our dream come true. Thank you Stuart and Jordan

Haarts have helped me to sell my mothers' bungalow, dealing with all of the local issues as I live 120 miles away in Berkshire. I cannot praise too highly the efficient and professional work of Jordan and Lewis in the Clacton Office; they kept me informed at every stage of the sale and calmly dealt with any queries I had. Jordan has been very proactive in advising how to go forward in dealing with the sale, which has be very reassuring when I have needed to make important decisions. He has also contacted the solicitors to keep the process moving as smoothly as possible, all the while keeping me informed. From the start when Stuart McGregor provided the valuation, to the friendly welcome in the Haarts office they have been very easy to deal with. From the beginning Haarts were amazing from the veiwings to the exchange. Catherine Wilson in particular went above and beyond. It didnt feel just like customer care but Catherine made me feel everytime like i was dealing with a friend,reassuring me constantly that things will happen as planned and promised and she never failed to keep her promises.
