An experience beyond all expectations. HAART maybe more expensive than many other estate agents but when it comes to Quality Of Service they are streets ahead of the other competition that we have experienced. They not only kept us informed of what was happening (others did not until we chased them) but when things got 'sticky' they worked beyond the call of duty to try to unravel problems and sort out misunderstandings even when it was not really their position so to do. All of this whilst retaining cheerful and bouncy personalities (sometimes not easy when dealing with me). It may sound trite, but it was always a real pleasure to receive a phone call from them or to meet them (again and again) when we needed to check something at the property. Special thanks and praise must go to Catherine Wilson who almost seemed to be working 24/7 just to keep me informed (pacified). Thanks Catherine. You did a really grand job. So, based on my experiences at several of their branches, HAART is somewhere to visit, not to walk past. The only Estate Agents that truly delivers what it promises. Graham Sandford Jones

Initial valuation visit by Jamie was very good. He agreed to go with a slightly higher price and I agreed to an open day. We got an offer if full asking price on that day. Future contact was usually from Lewis or Megan who were equally helpful. They have kept me in the loop throughout the process. Last minute contact was via Heena who was new but very professional.
