Booking for today ☺️ A young lady called Charlotte, who I was told was new to the company, accompanied the potential buyers. For such a young new member of staff,.Charlotte was very confident in how she spoke to me and the viewers. She greeted me with the best smile. Samantha Ramsey was great. She kept me upto date with everything that was going on either by email or phone call. She was polite and friendly and answered any questions I had quickly. Only down side and was nothing to do with Samantha, it was hard to get hold of Haart at clacton when I rang. Always had to leave a message with central office as no one was at clacton to answer the phone. They always came back to me quickly but thought perhaps they need a person to answer phone at branch. Thank you to Samantha fir such a great service.

the team at Haart were our letting agents during the latter part of a very difficult tenancy, before the landlord jumped to another agent they tried their hardest to assist in getting essential repairs that were outstanding completed, and worked closely with the local council to get the matter resolved, they even showed up in person to help with a matter of landlord harassment. when the tenancy was taken over by another agent, they continued to assist us providing advice, and later when we moved out they then helped us deal with the less than above board agents who tried to claim on our deposit that they hadn't even taken charge of, many many thanks to Gabbi and her team, and especially to Carolyn at the colchester office for all their help over the last couple of years, we really couldn't have ended this nightmare without you!!! I highly recommend the teams at both clacton and colchester and should i ever privately rent again, they will be my first call. EDIT*** we needed to rent a property for an elderly relative after the sudden passing of my mother, once again, Haart Clacton, particularly Gabbi and Molly stepped up and helped us out with a lovely little bungalow, the process was seamless, simple and explained step by step, even allowing me to handle 90% of the proceedings as our relative wasnt too great with the internet etc, this is by far the best letting agent in the area, with both girls providing us with an absolutely 5 star service, if you're looking for rented accommodation, please take my advice, dont bother with anyone else just call the team at Haart.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

My experience with Both Gabby and Molly from Haart, was professional, informative and helped me find a room to rent that was perfect for me and my situation. Not only did both Molly and Gabby keep in touch with me, updated me throughout the whole situation they also gave me a lift to view the property and a lift back to my place of work. My move in was slightly delayed (by no fault of Haart) and Molly kept me updated with when the move In would be, she always emailed or called when she said she would and altogether made the whole situation smoother for myself. Rianna showed me around the property that I was interest in renting, she was very polite, professional and informative.
