I’d given notice and had moved out my unit a month ago after experiencing terrible customer service. A Long story but the final straw was having to walk down to the storage centre, being 5 months pregnant with HG and carrying twins. I couldn’t trust that the team were passing the correct message onto their manager or documenting the conversation correctly. I’ve paid in advance and was told my a refund would be processed within 10 days. I’ve emailed the team and have yet to even receive an acknowledgement to let me know it’s being looked into, forwarded on or being or processed. I’ve called the store a few times. I’m on Email 5 and no reply. Surely there’s a service level agreement in place! It’s not acceptable. The whole experience has been extremely draining. Avoid at all costs!!!

Being honest, the room where I kept my staff for nearly a month was a living space for the rats and mice. They ruined my staff, droppings everywhere. I had some important documents in there and some of them have been absolutely destroyed. My clothes have been a sleeping space for the mice. Some of the art work canvase been scratched. Neasden self storage don't deserve any star but i had no choice. Very poor in terms of pests.And the thing it really pissed me off that the people working there they know about it.

Great service and a friendly team. Darren, Emma and all the team providing great service whilst we rented one of their larger units for storing toys for our charity - The Toy Appeal. Every request or email was handled quickly and efficiently and we were very impressed with the set up at Access Storage in Sharston, we will be back if we require similar storage in the future.

Wow! What an amazing team at Coventry! I have met all 4 staff, Mani, Steve, Andrew and the delightful Tanya. All are very professional, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. In addition, they have a great sense of humour and bring light to a sometimes tedious day. They say first impressions are important and it was obviously a priority for the staff here. From our first contact they couldn't be more helpful- finding the right sized unit, advising about insurance and security, which is excellent and left us with peace of mind. What was good too was the friendly atmosphere engendered by the manager - it made the day we had to move our home into storage much less stressful.

Access Bristol have been exceptional in the service from start to finish. They have gone out of their way with my flat move from Hong Kong to Bristol. Their system is effortless and easy to use. The storage units are clean and well taken care of. What sets them apart is their attention to detail and the helpful staff at the front of house. No support on the claim of double payment. I had to cancel my card and pay manually each month. Not a single help from your employees. Finally I had to take it with the bank who stood by the evidence. And I've been with you for 3 YEARS. Not 3 months. 3 YEARS. Anyway YUCK. I'd never using your service and I'd gladly revert anybody else for that matter.

In terms of using the storage location that was completely perfect and I had absolutely no complaints, however getting a refund due to ending my storage early has been a complete nightmare.It’s been a month since I was told my refund was processed and I’m yet to see any of the money I’m due.Can’t help but feel I won’t see it and that has made me very hesitant to use access storage again.
