Thank you for your feedback, Anne. We're very sorry to hear about the damage to your belongings and understand how upsetting it must have been to discover evidence of mice within your stored items. At the time, our records show that we offered to arrange for a pest control inspection and advised that photographs be taken and a claim form completed so the matter could be investigated further. However, it appears that the unit was vacated on the same day and we did not receive any further correspondence regarding the claim. We take reports of pest activity extremely seriously and have procedures in place to address any concerns raised by our customers promptly. We're sorry that this experience left you feeling disappointed and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we do understand that you were trying to help your friend, which we genuinely appreciate. We’re sorry this situation has left you with a negative impression. Please note that we’re only able to discuss account details directly with the customer unless formal authorisation has been provided, which is why our team couldn’t go into specifics when you contacted us. In this case, the account had been subject to ongoing late and missed payments over a period of time since moving in, and multiple attempts were made to contact the customer through calls, emails, and reminders. As communication remained limited from the customer and the account continued to fall into arrears, we followed our standard debt recovery process, which ultimately led to the termination of the agreement. We always aim to work with customers where possible, but we must apply our policies consistently and fairly to all. We’re sorry again that this experience was frustrating and appreciate you raising your concerns.
