Full of hidden costs, the personel apologised but by this point it was obviously to late as i needed somewhere to put my stuff. Its not a fair service. The website also states 24 hour access which isnt the case. I was never told about a number of things and its extremely disappointing that a business is making money conveniently from false/misleading advertising

We used storage unit to move house. Nice clean unit. Was shown unit to make sure it was big enough. Made our move easier as we went each day to pick car load up sort out and went back next day for more. What was left in storage was going to tip. Used for a month. Good deal on. Access Self Storage have the best prices for storage units that I've found in Birmingham. The move-in process was quick and friendly staff were able to help me with any questions that I had. The facilities are secure and have CCTV inside and outside, which gives me peace of mind that my belongings are safe there.

The service has been cool until I was awaiting my refund of the remaining days I have not spent when left the storage at barking and it was taking ages to get back even after the 7 working days that was promised to get the refund.My wife has also been waiting for her refund too for more than 14working day and till now hasn't gotten the refund.

I have used this branch twice now whilst moving home on 2 separate occasions. I must say if I ever have to use storage space again I would definitely go back to this place. I've had a good experience so far using Access Self Storage Neasden. Renting a storage uniwas a smooth process. The place feels professional with helpful, friendly staff. Clean and tidy, good security systems, trolleys available and you can buy boxes/bubble wrap on site.

Access Storage is the worst storage company out there. They will aggressively come after you for money even after one day overdue. Refrain from believing the fake reviews. They come up with rubbish excuses for their failures and then claim only to be doing their job for the high cost of Storage Insurance. God help you if you have cause for a claim.Moreover, on average, they will charge £20 to £30 monthly for insurance. You can go online and get a storage policy of £15 to £20 for the whole year. These people are only interested in milking money. The Alperton location is a proper hole.

Watch for hidden costs.They aren't transparent about compulsory insurance which would have added 30 percent to the quoted cost.We got a very good company in the end where their advertised cost included insurance. I have since established with trading standards that it is illegal not to disclose costs which must be paid. It would be better if this company followed the guidance.

I would love to give this place a minus score, as they are complete $#%! I rented a unit (they didn't give me the discount they'd promised on an email they had sent me!), I paid £10 deposit, first month payment of £60, but they refused to let me use it because i didnt have insurance, and they were going to charge me £25 insurance cover a month, without my permission! They were just going to withdraw it!! Insurance cover for storage units is not actually a legal requirement !! I gave them details of my insurance cover, but they refused to accept it !!! They have messed me around so much and caused me a lot of stress.They are now only giving me back £53 of what i have paid so far, because i had 'hired the unit'..... a unit that THEY would not let me actually access !!!!! ""Access"" storage my ass !!!!!!DO NOT USE!!!! Waste of time, money and stress !!!!! Complete #%$!! Their building is obviously not safe or fit for purpose if every customer has to take out their £25 Insurance cover policy!
