Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that we reserve the right to refuse service where we believe it is appropriate to do so. In this instance, it became apparent that the proposed rental was connected to an individual who had previously been evicted from their unit due to outstanding debt. Based on this information, a decision was made not to proceed with the rental agreement. Your refund has since been processed and was received last Friday. While we appreciate that this was disappointing, the situation arose only after these circumstances came to light. We remain committed to applying our policies consistently and fairly in order to protect our business and our customers. We wish you all the best moving forward.
