GoogleWe dealt with Steve for the purchase of a property who was everything you'd hope for in an estate agent. Honest and genuine and always at hand on the phone or via email. Would definitely recommend him, he definitely helped keep the stress levels down with his professionalism and reassurance!

Facebook5 Star Service! Tom and Stuart at the Southbournes branch were fantastic throughout the purchase period of buying our first home. They were always open to questions and consistently provided us with detailed accurate answers. Their friendly approach to selling / buying a home made the process run very smoothly from start to finish, with regular updates to how the process was going and where we stood in the grand scheme of things. I can't thank the staff at Richard Godsell enough for all the hard work they have done for us, and let's not forget the lovely moving in present (Prosecco & a card)! I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!

GoogleI must say that from a purchasers’ point of view I could not have expected better service and communication from Richard Godsells, the vendor’s agent. Alastair, Steve and Tom, and indeed everyone I dealt with, could not have been more helpful, promptly answering my queries and obtaining information from the vendor, and allowing me to spend time measuring up etc, without any rush. Nothing was too much trouble, and Alastair even kindly gave me the benefit of his opinion on my proposed improvement works after contracts had been exchanged. Many thanks to you all.
