GoogleRECOMMEND RECOMMEND. The Richard Godsell Team proved to be diligent , caring and very considerate. Throughout the long frustrating process, dealing with difficult Solicitors, Bankers, Clients, on top of a 11 to 13 hour time difference, the R.G.Team proved their worth. This Team should be the standard to which others should be measured against. Thank you and well done Team R.G.

GoogleAlthough we bought our house through Richard GodselI 15 years ago, I normally work with them in my professional life. This time, I was helping an elderly family member to buy a property. …

GoogleRichard Godsell were acting on behalf of my vendor, but I felt their support and kindness throughout the whole process. Their hard work, professionalism and experience shone through and kept a delicate chain alive. To the point where Steve had to step in and take charge of the whole chain to ensure the exchange, for which I will always be very grateful. Steve and Alistair exceeded my high expectations and went above and beyond for me. They were reassuring, patient and constantly kept me in the loop. I can’t recommend or thank them enough for all they have done. They are a real credit to the profession.

GoogleA good service. We would recommend. Friendly and helpful. Assured us of an unrealistic exchange date that wasn’t within their power to secure bearing in mind the rest of the chain, that added huge unnecessary stress. Would’ve been better to just be straight up. But overall, felt they advocated fairly well on our behalf. We’re thankful for their work.

GoogleWell, a great experience, after a very professional and knowledgeable initial valuation from Alastair McCall got us going, interest came along quickly and a sale was agreed. Steve Leigh-Bryant then took over and ran the sale through to Completion. It was lengthy due to unforeseen circumstances, however my buyer was very patient and Steve ensured she and I were kept closely informed, which is probably the reason we all stayed together and on track. From a seasoned Chartered Surveyor in another part of the Country, this is praise indeed, well done team and keep it up... The cream rises to the top ! Regards Gary H.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI had heard good things about Richard Godsells and decided to use them ahead of a job relocation. The approach from their team was highly professional and they demonstrated a positive attitude with duty of care applied throughout. I was very impressed and reassured with the structured marketing process which always remained consistent. Once a buyer had been found they ensured that full chain details were explored and liaised with other agents in the chain. They also communicated with solicitors and mortgage providers to ensure the process ran smoothly. If I still lived in the area I would not hesitate to use Richard Godsells again.
