The best estate agents in the area, Steve's knowledge of the area and client service sets him well above the rest. Thank you Steve and the team for consistently proving a trusted service both when I have been a buyer and a vendor.

We just want to say a MASSIVE Thank you to Stuart, James, Sally and Tina for all your help and support through our recent sale and purchase. It was a really long road, but we are delighted that at the end of it, we found our dream home! It was worth the wait and we have both been really impressed with how professional, efficient and honest the whole Southbourne Team were. Particular thanks to Stuart for the initial heads up on our forever home - without you I think we would have missed out on it! James, I am sure you need a new pair of shoes and tyres on your car after all the viewings and visits you did through our home! We would highly recommend the services of Richard Godsells to anyone looking to Buy or sell a property. They are extremely reasonable on their fees and go the extra mile to ensure that they earn every penny of it. Whenever we rang the offices, Rob and I always felt that we were known by everyone and that our call was really important (to us of course it was, but when you are selling so many houses on a daily basis, to install confidence in customers, is really key) We will definately recommend the services of your team to our friends and families, as it may be a long time before we decide to sell and move on again! Best wishes and kind regards, Joy and Rob.

We have had a great experience with Richard Godsell. We were moving to the area which we did not know very well, Alastair was really helpful with sharing his knowledge on specific locations that we were considering, to help us with our choice. Once we had found a suitable property, the team at RG did a great job in ensuring the purchase completed in a reasonable time frame.PositiveProfessionalism

I highly recommend Stuart and his team at Richard Godsell in Southbourne. They were so helpful and supportive to us when we sold our house in 2020, right as the pandemic struck. They always kept us up-to-date, supported us when (through no fault of our/their own) our sale fell through and worked really hard to keep the whole chain moving so we could buy our dream house.

We recently bought our new home from Richard Godsell in Southbourne and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Phil was honest and helpful and got the job done. We moved into our new home in under 3 months, which is pretty good going. I would highly recommend using Richard Godsell as an estate agent if you are planning on moving home. Many thanks Phil for all your hard work!

Richard Godsell Christchurch provided an excellent service, both advertising and selling my flat promptly and assisting with the process to exchange of contracts, communicating with me, the buyers and both sets of solicitors on a regular basis. Our move, selling and buying, turned into a long running saga. The team at Richard Godsells were absolutely brilliant throughout. They were always supportive, recommended the best actions to take, chased other parties, and couldn't have done more. Simply just recommended 100%. And thanks again!

Tom from the Christchurch branch was unbelievably helpful throughout the process of buying a property through them. Nothing was too much trouble and when we were near completion it was Tom who was doing all the hardwork chasing up and down the chain to get us into our dream home. I would recommend Tom to oversee any property transaction, his honesty and open nature made a stressful situation seem smoother than anticipated!

Many thanks to Rebecca at Richard Godsells for arranging the sale of my mum’s flat. She kept us fully informed of progress in the sale. When Rebecca was unavailable everyone else in the office was helpful too. It’s a difficult time when someone so close has passed away but Rebecca handled matters extremely sensitively. I definitely recommend them.

We have recently bought through Richard Godsell and we were blown away with the service. Stuart and the team kept us informed throughout every part of the process and we felt that they provided a very personal service and understood our frustrations when there were (inevitable) hold ups. We would absolutely approach Richard Godsell to sell our property when we move again and would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Have to say, Godsells in southbourne were excellent. Stuart Mason ably supported by Sally and Tina were professional in every respect. always professional and feedback after every viewing together with their marketing was faultless. If you want an agent who is not going to feed you with "want you to hear" rather than professional advice, Then Godsells are the people to go to. Cannot recommend them enough.
