From viewing to completion in under 3 months, we consistently felt we had David’s full focus, with swift responses and regular updates as the process developed. His conveyancing recommendation of Letchers in Ringwood was an excellent one (and particular mention there of Sean Reeves, who did a superb and efficient job in a very busy period for property transactions). In a lockdown period that limited travel, David was incredibly helpful, offering very flexible support (e.g. facilitating electrical and gas inspections; professional cleaners) and holding keys for us post-completion until we could collect them. It took a while to get their and at times it was so frustrating with solicitors not doing their job and hiding behind Covid excuses. Fortunately we had Steve on the case. GoogleRichard Godsell were acting on behalf of our vendors during our recent house purchase and we were so impressed throughout.
We had previously viewed several properties that Richard Godsell were marketing so we already knew Steve Leigh Bryant was head and shoulders above the other agents we were viewing properties with so we were in good hands!
The sale of our property wasn't without it's problems and there were further issues at the bottom of the chain. Steve took ownership of the whole situation and was really the deciding factor in pushing the solicitors to get this sale/purchase over the line! It just wouldn't have happened without him! He kept us in the loop constantly and went the extra mile to keep us calm and always explained things in a clear and concise way. He even came in to the office during his annual leave to ensure things were happening at the point of exchange. We can't thank him enough and we would highly recommend him, and Richard Godsell, to anyone all day long. Estate Agents do get a bad rep at times unfortunately but I can assure you, Steve is a true professional that exceeded our expectations by miles.

GoogleRichard Godsell were with us throughout a difficult and very complex sale of our property. The communication was second to none, always at the end of the phone and available when needed. There was great partnership with specialists in other areas of expertise (IFA’s and Legal), which meant the advice we received was always coming from the right people and not guesswork. We listed with multiple agencies, but felt that the viewings arranged through Richard Godsell were of a better quality overall, (i.e., buyers with their finances sorted and with positive positions) as opposed to other agents which seemed to focus on quantity, over quality and as such yielded no offers.
Overall, I will be recommending Richard Godsell to my friends and family as the first port of call for property sales.
