Tried to get a physical viewing for a property in Poulton only to be told I need to supply evidence of a mortgage and evidence of a deposit to save time waster inquiries. A mortgage will depend on whether we have seen and want the property guys! I'm not obliged to hand over financial details to you and you have lost a genuine buyer. Maybe re-think your policy for sales?

Customer service is extremely important to us and we always strive to operate with the safety of our customers at heart. I think it's valuable to outline what our procedures with regard to viewings are, and why we are continuing with these procedures when many agents seem to have returned to pre-Covid operating practices.Our process is as follows:All initial enquiries to view are provided with a virtual video tour which is received within minutes of the request.The virtual viewing is followed up and feedback obtained, this is extremely valuable to the owner of the property.If somebody wishes to then book a physical viewing we will ascertain if they are ready to proceed. A Mortgage agreement or financial qualification is then required to put the buyer in the best possible position to offer, along with acting solicitor details. The viewing can then be arranged. Unfortunately, we still receive many requests to view properties from individuals who have no intention of buying said property. To keep our staff and customers safe we have chosen to continue with a process that will allow us to limit the amount of people that physically view to just genuine buyers.If the person viewing the property wishes to make an offer we would require a proof of funds at this stage in any event.Kind regards,Jeremy Collins, Director

Outstanding services that I can’t rate highly enought. Right from the start with James doing the valuation to Stevie and Gina getting me through to completion. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone and they will do everything they can to make the process as stress free as it can be. The girls in the office are fantastic and they are really friendly, who work extremely hard to get the results. I feel like I have gained a set of friends!
I was on with another agent beforehand and they did nothing. The team at FH Bolton got to work straight away and the first viewer bought the house. I can highly recommend Farrell Heyworth great estate agent that get the job done. Thank you so much!

GoogleWhilst managing my property Farrell Heyworth were truly excellent. I have other properties managed by another company and I can honestly say Farrell Heyworth are much better. The tenants they picked were the best tenants I have ever had and the regular inspections meant the house stayed in pristine condition.
When I put my property up for sale I was delighted with the service I received. Stevie especially was very aware of the stress involved in selling and she metaphorically held my hand throughout the process.
I would use Farrell Heyworth again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone letting or selling.

The mortgage advisor Nicholas Gregson at Farrell Heyworth was a narcissistic person who simply only cares about his commission. He attempted to place me on an absolutely awful mortgage product and used every pressure tactic he could think off. I luckily could tell this and when i decided to go elsewhere he became extremely hostile. Seriously stay away from this person especially if you're a first time buyer and you're navigating this as he uses shock tactics to confuse you. He is dishonest, deceitful and absolutely untrustworthy.
