GoogleAmazing team and Gemma P in particular is an outstanding mortgage advisor, used bridgfords for my recent purchase and they kept me updated and pushed for updates when needed. Used Gemma for both my purchases and she had always got the best deal for me, explained everything clearly so I wasn't confused and always willing to help, would highly recommend to anyone!

Unanswered calls and emails. Misleading and wrong information in terms of when a tenant was moving then constant attempts to ignore my instructions in order to extract more money. Terrible service avoid if you can.

We're yet to get a moving date, but from the day we contacted Bridgfords in Winsford through to now our experience has been positive and happy. We have our emotional reasons for moving, and the whole team (Lauren, Paul, Nicky and Mandy) have been there for us. Our sale fell through at one point, and they went into emergency mode, securing another buyer within a week. Paul, Nicky and Mandy worked on the property side of things, with support from Lauren, who was also our Mortgage Advisor. They have all been engaging, personable and very supportive through this process. They work fantastic as a close-knit team. Thanks so much! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bridgfords York - lettingsAvoid at all costs They ignore complaints, lose keys, bad mouth landlords, take double payments of commission. Took rent from tenants account after they’d left!!!I have written to their ceo Mark Alcott who like the branch ignore my complaints!The lack of response shows that they truly do not care! All the way up to the top zero customer service. If I could leave a zero star review I would!

Looking at the other reviews seems to be a consistent theme with Manchester branch.I spoke with your staff member (Mrs Flynn) from the Manchester City Centre branch about Flat 11, 53 Whitworth Street, M1 3WS property (link below) and found them quite aggressive to the point where I had to disconnect the call.I viewed the property on Friday, 25th August and had the follow-up call with another team member (Mr Stanton) from a different office who was exceptionally helpful and advised me to email/speak with the concerned member about the offer. Following an email, I spoke with Lydia on Tuesday, 29th August. I pointed out that properties with an EPC rating of D or above would need reviewing post-2024 as per government guidelines for listed buildings. I own another property nearby in a Grade 2 building. The staff member disagreed which is not a problem but their tone of voice was aggressive. Following this, I pointed out that the water heater in the flat was broken for a long time and we couldn't see an electrical certificate - she didn't want to pursue the conversation as apparently the 'tenant did not report it'.I was planning to put in a counteroffer but will now be backing out as do not want to deal with the person and consequentially Bridgefords.Hope this can help improve their future processes.

Appalling service and very unprofessional letting services ,My wife and I signed up with Bridgeford (Withington office) to find a tenant for our BTL property and things went from bad to worst as we were constantly chasing them for update with progress with no response to our email and their phone was always diverted to an answering machine ,Eventually they found us a tenant and the tenant was moved in on 3rd of Aug but we had to wait until 13th of Aug to receive our rent after chasing them repeatedly plus we are still awaiting payment of DPS monies which we have signed up to our own DPS scheme to secure the holding deposit .After talking to tenants I also found out they had paid the deposit and first month rent at the end of July hoping to move in on 1st of Aug and they were very dissatisfied with Bridgfords handling their process of moving in on 1st of Aug as promised .We used their let -only service and Bridgeford should have released the rent and deposit monies upon letting the property promptly .In hindsight I should have checked their trust pilot review before employing their services .As a landlord I will not be recommending them to any of our friends and fellow landlords.

GoogleWe have just sold our house through Bridgfords Chorley, and I can't rate them high enough. Louise and Emma work, professionally, quickly and were very approachable. Our calls were answered with two rings, every time and every email was replied to within the hour. They did all our viewings, got us a great price for our sale and as a result of their hard work our property sold in a week. Thanks team.

Leeds branch, absolutely awful, unprofessional, unethical. I could go on. They should be ashamed of the callous way they treated my daughter and her partner. Credit check complete, told they could move in today. They hired a van and packed all belongings including furniture and pets. On the way up the motorway they were told there might be a problem. Things unfolded, numerous phone calls and eventually they were told the landlord wasn't happy to rent to them any more. They were left with a rental van which had to go back to London, a mountain of belongs and pets, but nowhere to put it all, I can't concieve of treating a fellow human being in this way. Don't use this agent

GoogleDuring the time Bridgfords were advertising our property we were very impressed. They listened to us and responded instantly to any requests and questions in a friendly yet professional manner, backed up by their extensive knowledge and understanding of house sales. All staff were great but our dealings were mainly with Emma and Louise both of whom are an asset to Bridgfords Estate Agents Chorley. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I was interested in a bungalow showing Bridgfords Northallerton Branch as the agents.Two weeks of daily phone calls brought the same recorded voice, "All our agents are busy, leave etc., etc.," which I did - NOTHING - No response of any kind.Send a detailed message on their query form, result- NOTHING.If I was a Seller, and not a Buyer, I would, after reading results on Trust Pilot, never,ever, use them.I am still interested in this bungalow, but, apart from going to the people directly, I can only wish them luck in EVER selling through Bridgfords, unless this is already sold, and they are "too busy" to mark this property as so!Very disappointed, as I registered with them and still never heard anything.The saga continues.....

Awful experience. It started with receiving numerous phone calls despite being informed that I was unavailable that day. My original viewing had been rearranged without my consent or informing me, to a day that I had stated I was unavailable. Resulting in no estate agent showing up to my originally scheduled viewing. When phoned to find out what was happening the estate agent rearranged to later that day, to which they didn't show up again because they had miss placed the keys to the property, resulting in wasting 3 hours of my day off, and untold worry to the sellers. Absolutely disgraceful service, with no respect for their clients time or property.
