Bridgfords did an excellent job of marketing my home and were professional throughout the sale process . From my first visit from Bridgefords I felt confident that they were the agent I was going to use. The brochure was very well produced and the photographer took time to show the house to its best advantage .Louise had thoroughly researched properties similar to mine and gave a realistic view of the price I could expect to realise on her first visit. Emma was present for all viewings and was sensitive to my requests for how the house should be presented. Both kept in touch regularly and gave feedback on each viewing, usually the next day. Up to day of exchange they were available and in contact. A good service. Thank you

I’ve just recently purchased a house through Bridgfords and I have received top class customer service from start to finish. I had Emma dealing with my sale and all through out the sale process Emma kept me up to date with how things were moving along. When I rang or emailed her I got a fast response and I have to say it was one of the quickest house purchases I’ve ever done. I would highly recommend Bridgfords to anyone.

Branch staff good, conveyancing beyond horrendous

Started the journey of selling my flat with Bridgfords well, great listing, quickly found a buyer, then Bridgfords conveyancing service took over and was incompetent at every turn. 6 months on from accepting an offer I’ve had to end the sale as my mental health couldn’t handle anymore of the misleading, lies and gaslighting from their conveyancers. Was so bad even the branch staff said they were embarrassed at how bad it was.

If I could put 0 I would. My cousin gave notice that he was giving up the flat due to family and health issues. Before he was able to remove his things (within a week) they have taken his belonging and given only some clothing back. They have stolen a family air loom watch (Rolex) , cash that was for Christmas, not given back any expensive trainers .. they have drip fed some things back since like the tvs and yet to receive the Xbox, they have photos of his stuff on their report which they haven’t given back. They are not to be trusted . They are proceeding to trade non ethically and illegally. Reports to police have been made. They prey on vulnerable people

Very happy with the service from Bridgfords. I was selling from a distance so communication was critical. There were regular phone calls from Steph giving updates on progress and it was always very easy to get in touch with the office. If an answer wasn't available straight away then a call back was received soon afterwards. The office also dealt with viewings seamlessly.
