Would highly recommend Ben Rose to sell your home. The team are professional, helpful, but also good fun and thoroughly lovely people - Simon, Aaron, Tammy to name a few. Ours was a unique house and so the valuation was tricky, we had 3 estate agents round but chose Ben Rose (theirs was not the highest valuation) based on their advice and their success rate. The house sold in 6 days later with all a viewings held on a single day hosted by BR. The selling process for us was very easy (excellent solicitor) but I know had there been any problems Ben Rose would have bridged that communication gap for us. Excellent estate agents, highly recommended. Thank you everyone :-)

Well where do I start? We sold our house via Ben Rose in Chorley. Right from first contact the team was welcoming and enthusiastic. Appraisal booked, I had a nice meeting with Simon, very pleasant chap and his discussed the market in general and my house in detail. We established that my expectations were a touch on the low side (he was right in the end) and we agreed an asking price. I got the impression that he wouldn't have been shy in telling me however if my expectations were too high, which is exactly what you want. Photographs were in the usual Ben Rose style (excellent) and the photographer, also a pleasant chap, was super efficient. Photos edited and the brochure floor plan completed within hours. Remaining contact was via Tammy and the team at the office. The property went on the market on the Friday and viewings were booked for a week on Saturday. I think we had around 14 viewings if memory serves and 5 offers, all of which were in line or near to Simon's predictions. An offer was accepted and from there on in the office staff really drove the sale. I never once felt the need to chase for any sort of an update as it's clear that the BR team keep a close eye on sales as they progress. fast, furious and efficient but somehow managing to stay really nice to talk to. I felt like they regularly review each and every sale, nothing is left for you to chase. It's no exaggeration to say that I do not feel like I have ever dealt with a company that works so hard to earn it's crust. Frankly their fees are a bargain when you factor in the level of attention you get and the quality marketing package they put together. I really wish I could remember everyone's names so I could thank them personally but I will say to the owners of BR and to Tammy the manager, you have an amazing team and you should be very proud (Tammy be proud of yourself too by the way, because you are a star). I will have no hesitation in picking up the phone to your office should I sell a property in the future.

Times have changed but I must say the Ben Rose staff at Chorley were very professional and helpful and did whatever they could to minimize the trauma of moving house. These are some of the best estate agents I have come across. Simon came out to view the property promptly and he was lovely I could not fault him or his approach. He was straight forward and to the point and the house sold for the range he suggested, using his sales strategy. You get what you pay for

I think, ultimately, I got what I paid for with Ben Rose Estate Agent. They are fairly cheap and cheerful and, in that respect, they do what they say on the tin. That said, the service was very hands-off. I often had to chase for updates rather than being kept informed, which added unnecessary stress to the process. On the day of completion, although the monetary transaction had completed by around 1pm, I didn’t receive the keys until around 4pm. When I queried this, I was told it was because they had other completions taking place that day, which didn’t feel like a particularly customer-focused explanation. Would I recommend them? No. If you’re confident managing much of the process yourself and are primarily motivated by cost, they may suit. However, if you’re looking for proactive communication and a more supportive service, I’d advise looking elsewhere.

I haven’t had the best experience with estate agents in the past so I must admit I wasn’t expecting this experience to be any different but I was wrong. From the first contact I had with the team at Ben Rose till the last I couldn’t fault them at all. The person who came to take photos of my property (sorry I have forgotten his name) has a really great eye, the photos turned out to be fantastic. I had lots of compliments from people viewing my property on the quality of the photos. Jess who dealt with most of the arrangements for my viewings was fantastic and always kept me informed. And last but by no means least that brings me onto Tammy who is an absolute credit to this company. My sale was far from easy (nothing to do with Ben Rose) and at times I just wanted to give up but Tammy was an absolute star, she went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank her enough for the time and effort she put in to help me through the process. I have made mistake to choose them to sell our property. Its over a months and no sale and had to give a month notice to go seperate. No communication no phone call back and need to chase them for aby reply. We lost 2 buyers because when we called how was going on lasy week the viewing they telling us you got offer but its too late now. Managmant should be change to manager office well. Real time wasters if you selling your property.
