I’ve had the pleasure of Ben Rose letting a in this case manage my current home for the past 3 years. They have been consistently superb and always dealt with any issues to do with the property quickly and efficiently. More recently Megan has dealt with a serious boiler issue for me. She went beyond the call of duty to see to it that myself and my two sons didn’t suffer too much inconvenience during this time, which meant a lot to us. All in all a fantastic company to deal with, right from the beginning up to this point. Many thanks again. I can’t recommend them !!!

Avoid at all costs! Clearly understaffed and will struggle to sell your property

We contacted Ben Rose to put our home on the market and they gave us a valuation of offers over £324,995 without even looking at the property. After selling 6 houses in the past 15 years I've never had that experience before and found it very strange so we asked Simon( apparently the only one who can do valuations at their company) to still come out and look at the property before we list it but was told he didn't need to( we were practically begging). Around 2 days before it went live we got a phone call saying he was in the area and could call in 20 minutes! I'm sorry we can't all drop everything we're doing in 20 minutes! So the house went on the market and after having lots of interest on it via social media and the local buckshaw beat Facebook page we haven't had a single viewer or any interest in 8 days( even after receiving 7000 views on rightmove in the 1st 2 days alone!) We have since found out that a similar size property on the village in a condition which isn't anywhere near as good as ours has had 3 viewers in just a week with only 742 views on rightmove ( clearly something isn't adding up) . I've since been told by another local estate agent that they are heavily understaffed and are stretching themselves which makes sense because a neighbour that has just sold their property through them told us they never answered the phone. Worryingly we have also been told by them that the house market is really slow and we will struggle to sell( that's great to know by your estate agent and also a huge lie because it's clearly not) House was on Dukinfield Court, Buckshaw VillageNotice has now been served to come out of the contract, like I said we've sold many houses over the last few years and have never come across such a lacklustre company who have no interest in selling your house

I recently viewed a property with this lettings agency, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Megan Blanks showed me around the property and was incredibly friendly, chatty, and approachable. She answered all of my questions clearly and gave really helpful advice about the next steps in the process. She also provided useful information about the agency itself, which I really appreciated. Megan arrived on time, and the agency as a whole has been very quick at responding to emails with plenty of clear, detailed information. Overall, a really positive experience. We had a property viewing recently and we were shown around by 2 professional ladies, Sophie and Abbie. They were fantastic, friendly and really informative. They showed us around the property but also allowed us time to take in the whole house and answered any questions that we had. Highly recommended! I recently made an enquiry to sell my property with Ben Rose estate agents. They contacted me straight away after an online request and had Terri one of their valuation experts visit my property at the requested time within 4 working days. She arrived early for the appointment, was very knowledgeable about houses in the area and had some her groundwork prior to our meeting. Instead of been bombarded with a load of sales spiel, she explained their sales process, backed it up with factual information and made me feel at ease. Unlike the other 2 estate agents (one of which took over 10 days to respond) she kept in touch and followed up when agreed. I haven’t put my house on the market as yet but expect to do so in the not too distant future due to personal reasons. I feel very comfortable with Terri & Ben Rose estate agents to handle the sale of my property. Based on my recent experience, there so called competitors are miles behind the curve.
