Overall the service was good and responsive. We did feel that the estate agent who came to the initial viewings did not have much information about the property and wasn’t interested to get hold of it. However, the agent Maaria who dealt with us from beginning to end was always helpful, returned our calls and responded to all queries.

We sold our house to 4 buyers because the chain broke down more than once. Waterfords arranged two viewing days and eventually they found us a buyer. Without them we would have been pulling our hair out! Waterfords kept on the case and chased solicitors on our behalf. We can't thank them enough for their efforts. Gold star.
