Waterford's communication was excellent throughout : between ourselves, our buyers and both solicitors. They worked behind the scenes to ensure everything was happening when it should, and prompted us if we needed to take some action. They were very honest about pricing and marketing. We sold the house at the 'open day' and completed 8 weeks later.Very pleasant people to deal with.

Such a poor agency. Takes them over a week to respond and then show the property with barely any knowledge on it and get magical offers in the middle of the night. Rather stick with knowledgeable agents that aim to get people viewing your property and keep you updated.

At Waterfords, our aim is to always offer the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction and are sorry to hear that you think we have failed to deliver on this occasion.Reviewing the customer record notes, our records show you were registered for a viewing on a rental property in January 2022. The property you viewed through us was very popular, with one of the other viewers putting forward an offer on the property on the same day of viewing.We are required by law to present every offer to the landlord, which subsequently was accepted promptly. Our records also show you enquired about another property on the 16th on January and on the 17th January you were registered and a viewing was pencilled in. By 18th of January your viewing was confirmed.
