Average experience as buyers. Not terrible but not fantastic. It was made very clear that we were second priority after the vendor. Lots of situations where communication was non-existant where, if the effort had been made, it would have differentiated them from average to great. When we eventually sell I would definitely shop around other agents rather than go straight back to Waterfords.
