Never returned calls. Only real experience was right at the very beginning of the sale and then at the end, then only once we had moved in, were not even about to hand over the property or hand us our keys. Shocking customer updates and service. Only one person who could deal with our files, no handover / common access to files. Will categorically, absolutely never use again.
