From making the initial enquiry, being shown round the property and the rest of the house-buying process I found all the Waterfords staff I came into contact with a pleasure to deal with. However, a special mention must go to Emma Holland. A number of delays and complications arose before contracts were finally exchanged and I was impressed by how organised, helpful and just downright cheerful she remained throughout it all.

Initially our experience was good as the agents notified us that the landlord was interested in our offer the day after we viewed the property. They were very available by phone and email and all seemed to be going very well. Unfortunately they used a third party reference checking site called Goodlord which made the process very confusing and inefficient. In the end it took us nearly a month and a half to complete the reference checking and to be given the ‘all clear’ to rent the place. We found out our application was approved 4-5 days before our move in date when we had viewed the place nearly a month and a half prior. The experience was very stressful in the end and we did not feel the service we received was at all personable or that the communication was transparent. We love the property we have moved into and are grateful for that, but going forward we would not choose Waterfords again.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
