My house was already being marketed with another agent when Waterfords Sunningdale proactively and politely approached me enquiring if I would consider marketing with them too. After an initial conversation and valuation, I decided to market with Waterfords. I have found Waterfords Sunningdale to be professional (in manners and appearance), courteous to our requirements (I.e Only Saturday viewings) and keep in touch to keep you in the loop. I would not hesitate to use Waterfords again.

I should say Waterfords are the best estate agent I have dealt with. I have dealt with many others for buying a house. But Waterfords from the beginning showed a great deal of care and assistance. Recently my partner and I tried to purchase a house through the Chobham office. Sadly our purchase fell through after 3 attempts to sell our house through another agent in Staines. The team at Waterfords Chobham could not of been more helpful , open or honest with us. Even though we didn't purchase through Waterfords in the end , I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. Lynn in particular deserves special praise.....

Met with Luke prior to property going on the market, he spent a good amount of time with us explaining the process and going through similar properties. Within 3 days we had all but met our asking price, which was 15k higher than the competition suggested we could get and now the ball is well and truly rolling. Darren handled the sale from start to finish, very experienced, no dramas always straight talking and gave an impression that he was working for both sides to facilitate a deal. Once agreed he was always available to iron out the inevitable issues which come with any sale and when really needed he brokered some difficult negotiations with a lot of experience. We never thought of using Waterfords for our sale, but would definitely next time.
