I put my house on market in June and after a busy 3 weekends secured an offer. The viewings went smoothly with care taken to keep me and potential buyers safe from Covid. The whole sale process was fairly smooth, with only occasional hiccups, when communication was not clear or as quick as I expected, however this was probably because of a very busy market due to the stamp duty holiday.
