Friendly, Professional Estate Agency

Waterfords were friendly, professional and helpful throughout the sales process. Our initial contact with them was both welcoming and refreshing, having dealt with other estate agents who wanted to 'interview' us at first contact. When we struggled to find a surveyor at short notice they were quick and effective in recommending a company that was able to carry out the work for us in the required timescale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or sell residential property.

A Stressful process made easy

On finding a dream house we weren't even on the market. The various teams at Waterfords sprung into life securing the property we wanted to buy and had our house online and a board up that morning. From that point they worked hard to market our house keeping us informed throughout. We had an incredibly small window to sell ours and complete but they were up for the challenge and smashed it. It got sticky several times but they were on it every time and recovered us from what seemed doomed situations even through supporting the commercials in the deal . I genuinely couldn't recommend them enough. We worked with both the Camberley and Fleet offices that have incredible mangers and we'll motivated engaged teams. I can't thank them enough

We had an excellent experience with Waterfords in Sunningdale. David Burroughs, the Branch Manager, demonstrated a strong knowledge of the local housing market when discussing valuations and provided a credible estimate that balanced price and saleability. Of particular value, Waterfords had the details of potential clients who were already looking for our type of property and immediately able to introduce credible buyers. Waterfords also demonstrated a positive and proactive approach to marketing the property rather than relying on reactive campaigns, such as the internet, maximising the amount of interest in the property. We undoubtedly recommend Waterfords and will use them again.Simon

Simply, not the best.

On signing with Waterfords the enthusiasm of selling our house dropped, as did the asking price we had been discussing leading up going on the market, and us - from having regular calls from the manager to being unsure which member of staff we were dealing with that day.We had to rewrite the advert to include important information we felt made our property stand out from the rest, and ask for further photos to be taken to show off our properties best features. Once the property was under offer things ticked along. At one point we felt pressurised to move a month prior to when we had discussed, then it was allowed for us to complete three weeks later than we asked - we weren't sure what was going on!The most disappointing aspect was the final day, we dropped keys off the night before, but other than receiving a text message from the solicitor we never heard from Waterfords again to confirm the sale had completed or congratulating us on the sale going through. Overall a rather disappointing experience.

Friendly, Efficient and Professional

I can't recommend Waterfords Farnham highly enough. It's a pleasure to deal with such smart, professional people who really know their business. I have absolute trust in their service and they are nice to deal with as well. They clearly select their suppliers carefully too, as I had to replace my boiler in an emergency 2 days before moving out. Waterford's moved everything around and their engineer could not have been more reassuring and professional. The job was done the next day. Outstanding!

Couldn't have chosen a better team

After having had discussions with various estate agents about handling the sale of my property in Sandhurst I decided to partner with Waterfords Yateley. Kris, who conducted the initial discussions, was extremely helpful, prompt, and came up with an excellent approach to fees.The rest of the team were just as fantastic; I was under offer within two weeks and Emma and Kier did a sterling job with the offer negotiations and overall handling of the sale, Emma in particular worked tirelessly with all solicitors involved to get the sale completed.I would recommend Waterfords Yateley without hesitation.

Kris at Waterfords (Yateley) is by far the best estate agent I have ever come across. He continued to keep me up to date at all times throughout our very lengthy purchase process. But not only that, he also did copious amounts of chasing up and down the whole chain! Bumpy start but very pleased with service now

I have been using Waterfords for years. I bought a house through them - which was as painless as it could be and so decided to let my house through them using the fully managed service. When I started there was quite a lot of staff turnover so things got missed and I had to provide the same information and responses repeatedly. Once things got sorted however and I now have a single person to deal with, things are MUCH better. The service provided is professional, prompt, courteous, well priced and proactive. They provide regular updates on regulation changes to make sure I'm fully compliant and the quotes they provide are competitive. I have a lettings company that I use for a house in London and Waterfords are significantly better in all ways to the other company. It's a shame they only operate in Surrey, Berkshire, and Hampshire or I would let all my properties through them. Well done Waterfords - keep up the good work! Gina

Waterfords - House Rental Surrey

Waterfords took over our house rental in Lightwater after having very poor experience with a previous agent. After a year, I can report they are providing fantastic service. All communications are done in quick and timely manner. House well maintained and full inspection reports delivered every 6 months as promised by rental managers Nicole Hamer and Kerryn Howard. Delivered on all their promises... and more

From start to finish (which wasn't long in our case), Waterfords Yateley did not put a foot wrong. We explained our concerns and intent right in our very first meeting and they respected our wishes all the way along. Amazing

We were approached by Waterfords after they had seen our property not selling. We had a very honest conversation with David at the Sunningdale Branch who was very supportive and knowledgable of the local market. We agreed to market for six weeks but the property sold after three days, and achieved a very good price for us. David supported the whole process after sale and in our opinion went far beyond what we would expect and checked in with us on a regular basis. We are very grateful to Waterfords for their intervention and support to enable us to sell a property that seemed to have been stuck for a while!

House purchase - Nov 2015

We purchased our house in September 2015 and completed in November (yes, of the same year!). The whole process was smooth with the agents always polite and professional. Where we had things to chase up with the vendor, they were quick to respond and always kept us well informed.
