Very professional Company who do what they promise

Excellent Company to deal with, especially with us as we are totally new to the rental market. Good sound advice given initially as to what was or was not acceptable to the rental market, enabling us to budget wisely. When we were close to renting I felt somewhat overwhelmed with all the paperwork etc and Sam very kindly came over for an hour to go through everything again and help me complete,etc all that was necessary. Our property was rented on the second viewing for the full asking price the day after the photos were taken so it was all really quick and our tenants moved in a few days later after all the checks were completed. A good sound professional company to deal with all round who do what they say they will.

Prompt, Caring and Organised!

I was starting to get concerned we would not find a house as many estate agents would not get back to me, or did not choose houses that were sensible for our needs. Hazel contacted us with the ideal property. It suited all of our requirements, our budget and we were able to view and put an offer in within a few days! Very happy to be renting with Waterfords as they are prompt, caring and very organised!

I thoroughly recommend Waterfords. The whole experience has been great. Darren put me at ease from the initial valuation. Bradley (Yateley) has been so proactive in keeping me informed (and patient with me!). Emma (Fleet) was equally proactive in providing updates further up the chain. As with most house moves, there were challenges, but Bradley and Emma both went above and beyond in contacting the whole chain (even when it should have been other estate agents) and solicitors - I could not be more grateful to them and their efforts to get things through relatively smoothly. Waterfords will be my first port of call in the future!

I contacted Waterfords regarding a rental apartment in Camberley Town.

I contacted Waterfords regarding the availability of any small single / studio rental apartments in Camberley and met Matthew Blackman. He was extremely friendly, welcoming & helpful. This was on a Saturday morning, he was able to set up two viewings in Camberley Town Centre for the following Tuesday. One of which I liked. He managed to put forward some requested terms on my behalf to the Landlord which were agreed upon, which is very much appreciated.To date Matthew has kept me updated and come back to me straight away with any queries I've had.So far the experience has been smooth and I look forward to moving into the new apartment at the beginning of next month.Good job, thank you!

Excellent Services -!!

After months of trying to find the perfect place to rent - and dealing with many unhelpful renowned letting agency I had lost hope until I came across Waterfords website and I found what I was looking for - being GoodFriday I didn’t expect a call for next few days but toMy surprise I had a call from Emily (assistant manager) from their fleet branch shortly after sending the message and she was so thorough and helpful and very pleasant and so quick to arrange my viewing with Amber who was so amazing as I was lost and got toMy appointment late and she was still as pleasant and didn’t rush through my viewing had a good chat after the viewing to find out my thoughts etc... though there was a chance I may not get it they have made it happen and I am so thrilled - I have now been dealing with Sophie - move in coordinator and she is just as pleasant, amazing and helpful .. I would very highly recommend Waterfords- very pleasant, patient , understanding every need and situation and dealing with it in such a nice way - their lovely people makes who they are !!!

We contacted Waterfords regarding a bunglow they had up for Let. They fitted us in for a viewing the same day! We were met by Emily who was extremely friendly and helpful. She then met us again for second viewing and to meet the landlords. We put forward what our terms would need to be and they were extremely accommodating. They have kept us updated and come back to us straight away with any queries we have had.So far so good and would recommend 100%

Amazing estate agents and Emma Holland is brilliant!

We were very lucky to have purchased a house via Waterfords (Fleet branch) and had the pleasure of working with Emma Holland. Whilst we were not her direct clients (we were the buyers), she never made us feel that way. Emma offers so much energy and compassion, she is an extremely driven individual who only wants the best for all involved in the chain. Unfortunately the estate agents for the home we were selling were not as enthusiastic, nor had her experience and charm! Emma had to do the work of three different vendors in the chain, and did so without issue or complaining. Her clients mean everything to Emma and was always willing to go the extra mile and do tasks that the other estate agencies should have been doing. The rest of the team are amazing as well, always quickly answering calls in Emma's absence and really caring about their customers. Her communication was brilliant, always keeping everyone in the chain up to date and her personality meant I had complete and utter trust in everything she did.I rarely get a chance (or bother!) to write reviews like this but without Emma the chain would have quite simply crumbled.The house was a huge move for our family, moving to a new area and our children moving schools. All of which was extremely scary for all involved. Our family are now about to embark on a new exciting chapter in our lives, and it is only at times like these you realise how important choosing the right estate agents is. The house simply would have fallen through without her, and we will forever be grateful for what she has done for our family.We hope we never move again after all of this, but if we do, Emma will be the only person I would want to sell our home.If you are looking to sell your home, I simply cannot recommend Waterfords (Emma) enough.

Totally unacceptable service

At first they were really helpful but as soon as you move in they ignore every request you send them.They have an app they use for tenants to upload any maintenance issues and every one I have put up has not been actioned and then deleted. They have now deleted my account so I can’t even raise anymore issues. This total lack of support has lead to everyone in my building except for 2 tenants moving out prematurely.Would definitely NOT recommend

Luke Channing, Waterfords Chobham

It was a pleasure dealing with Luke in our quest for finding a suitable bungalow property for us to purchase in the Chobham area. His courtesy, professionalism and understanding of what we were looking for greatly helped us during what can conceivably be a particularly stressful process. The sale of the property which we currently occupy has been in the hands of another Estate Agent who from our experience have little of the attributes of the staff at Waterfords, consequently we have removed our property from their books. We envisage rekindling the sale of our and purchase of another property in the not too distant future and would certainly like Waterfords to deal with the whole procedure, as we are very comfortable and confident that Waterfords go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

I have never sold a house before and after a very negative experience with another Estate Agent I was quite worried of who to go to next until I met Charity Holden, Manager @ the Fleet branch. She has a wealth of experience in the business, was very professional and honest too.Maaria dealt with the day to day affairs and kept us abreast of how things were going in a very professional manner, communication was excellent and emails were answered by return.They were very sensitive to my emotions due to the difficult situation of selling the family home after 2 bereavements in 10 months. They managed this with empathy and compassion.Well Done to the Team @ Fleet. I certainly would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very good experience with Waterford's and would not hesitate to recommend them. It is clear that they value their clients wishes with viewings only being made to potential buyers that meet their requirements.The purchase of my home was being originally being managed by an employee that left the business half way through our process. However, Emma Holland took over seamlessly and was always on hand to deal with any queries I had.Moving in day was very good and we even received a little welcoming pack - the little things really do make a big difference. Best Estate Agents in the area!

We initially put our property on the market in July, after Luke came out to visit us and provide us with the marketing figures. Waterfords generated loads of viewings, and were extremely prompt with all the feedback. We received the offer on our property in August. Since then, the team at the Yateley office have been absolutely amazing, Special thanks must go to Sarah Turner who was constantly on top of the Solicitors, ensuring that the sale went through as quickly as possible. She kept me up to date and nothing was too much trouble for her. I can highly recommend them, and I would not hesitate in using them again in the future.

Fantastic Service

I couldn't have asked for a more professional and polite service from Sarah and Bradley at the Yateley branch, they always returned my phone calls and went that extra mile (even coming in on their days off to sort things out) I honestly do not think my house would have exchanged with out them pushing the chain and getting to the bottom of the problems. I only brought my house through Waterfords and I had sold my house through another estate agents however I found Sarah and Bradley had kept me up to date more so than my own estate agents who I actually paid to sell my house. I can only describe my experience of selling my property with Waterfords as excellent. It is the first time I have sold a property and the advice given and knowledge and experience shown by Emma Holland (Fleet) was invaluable. Having someone you feel comfortable with and trust to offer good advice made the process a lot more simple. After the sale was agreed Emma continued to work very hard through the lengthy legal process that went with selling my leasehold property. She deserves a medal for the effort she put in and I can’t speak highly enough about her. I wouldn’t think twice about using Waterfords in Fleet again if I wanted to buy or sell a property.

Amazing service!

Darren, Sarah, Brad and Luke in the Yateley brunch will not let you down!Excellent team with professional service, from marketing to completion. We had a roller coaster experience with numbers of obstacles in our way, all in all it took us a year to get the dream family house we wanted. Waterfords held our hands from start to finish. Always at the end of the phone, chasing the chain, solicitors etc. We were treated like family, but more importantly we could trust them. Pretty much the only estate agency out there you can trust!

Happy move due to Beth

Had an amazing experience in looking for and securing our flat, due to Beth Joys who went above and beyond for us, and as first time renters she broke everything down for us and made the whole process very easy. She was always a phone call away if we needed anything and nothing was a silly question! We would have given 5 stars however since we have moved in things have been a bit more complex since being passed over to another girl who's service is average at best, and sometimes doesn't answer questions in emails etc. But luckily we managed to find out most of what we needed to know from helpful neighbours! Overall very happy !
