Myself and partner have found waterfords to be really good. We are now living in our first place together and are very happy, this is down to all the staff that helped us at Waterfords. Contacting them has been very easy, they always got back to us quickly and made sure we were happy with everything. (Matt and Lara). We now are dealing with Rosie who has been great since we moved in, overall both of us are extremely happy and would definitley recommend.

Waterfords were excellent in their support of my purchase from the initial viewing to the end of sale and exchange/completion. The chain felt like it took forever to close and then it really was baby steps every inch of the way. The patience shown by Michael to support me through this process was without doubt why I kept my sanity! His ability to explain, reassure and guide made me feel valued and not just another sale to close. Kudos to the whole team for their professionalism throughout.

Professional, reliable and quick service

Waterfords have been brilliant in processing our house sale. They took over from a previous agent, and secured us a buyer within 24 hours. When this unfortunately fell through (for reasons beyond their control), they quickly remarketed the property and acquired us another buyer very quickly, which did successfully complete. Oliver White and Michael Thomas have been very available with communication and actioned things very quickly. Thanks again for all of your hard work.

Not to be trusted

Not to be trusted. My partner and I agreed with Waterfords upon starting our tenancy that the property would not need to be professionally cleaned when we came to the end of the tenancy, as it had not been cleaned before we arrived. Waterfords later added a "special condition" to the tenancy agreement upon renewal such that we would have to professionally clean the property when we left and told us that this condition would "supersede any correspondence" we had previously had with them. Tread carefully, they are not above this sort of underhanded practice.

Highly recommend

I have been renting our property out with Waterfords for almost 10 years now. A few staff changes and challenges in the beginning, however since Elise Griffin came on board it has been a pleasure. Excellent throughout!

Great from start to finish, always kept us in the loop regarding ongoing chain and patient with the process as it’s not been the easiest moving and can be very stressful but waterfords made that easy. Always on top of things. The Camberley branch which is the one that dealt with were superb and all the staff I dealt with were extremely professional. Also helped me with solicitor and recommended a great convencing solicitor who were brilliant. All I all I would definitely use waterfords as my first choice in the future and recommend them to friends and family in the future!

I highly recommend Waterfords Estate Agents as they handled the sale of our property in a timely and very efficient manner. Darren the Director communicated effectively at every relevant stage. He kept the momentum going especially at the delicate and critical stages of the sales process. Communication is highly key in all house transactions and in every step of the process with people being interested in the property to a buyer confirming an acceptable bid and eventually leading to the conclusion of the sales process and finally the exchange of contracts.
