Amazing service!!!

Finding the right place to live can be very stressful. The letting team at Waterfords Fleet proved it doesn’t have to be this way. I felt at ease from the first conversation with Rob over the phone. He arranged viewings with Mat and Ray, and kept me informed throughout the process. Emails from Elise explained upfront what to expect next. Sam gave me all the time I needed before signing documents. The whole team was very professional and helpful. Thank you all for a very pleasant experience.

I've been in contact with multiple Estate/Lettings agencies over the last week or so and I can confidently say the service and helpfulness of Waterfords (Ray in particular) stood out amongst the rest. They were able to find and negotiate a price for a property that suited me in a quick and professional manner and were able to quickly and competently answer any questions I had. Even when I had a change of circumstances and decided renting a property may not be for me I was still offered service and advise. 5 stars for sure! They seemed to actually care and try and find the best solution for me.

Had a really good experience with…

Had a really good experience with Waterfords.Ray especially was really helpful and knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help out. Although we didn't rent through Waterfords this time I would definitely use them in the future.EDIT: I only gave 4 stars because of another estate agent (can’t remember her name) who seemed very inexperienced and didn’t know much about the property she showed us. However we would have given ray 5 stars as a whole, never met such a helpful estate agent.

Waterfords came highly recommended to us for the sale of the family home. The staff were knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and accommodating at all times. Initially, our 1st point of contact was with Tom Pitt (who has subsequently moved to another office but still within the Waterfords group) who made the whole process easy and effortless. He truly understood the housing market and his advice to us was invaluable. Our property was sold (STC) within a week!Can not recommend Waterfords enough.

Waterfords - a pain free house selling experience

I've just sold a house and just bought a house and they were very different experiences.Dealt with some terrible estate agents in my time and some even worse solicitors but have to say the sale of my house with Waterfords has been my easiest yet. Friendly staff, making things as simple as possible keeping me well informed along the way (which lets face it is the key). Honest approach to valuations as well.Admittedly, it was an 'easy sale' (no complications, simple chain etc) but I could say the same about the house I just bought and that was 4 months of pain and frustration.So, top marks to Darren and Sarah at Waterfords. And if you use these yourselves, please also use their solicitors - best I've had so far (and I could recommend plenty to not go anywhere near, even if they were free)..Happy customer (which I don't say often enough these days).

Five stars is just not enough praise…

Five stars is just not enough praise for Waterfords. They are a great team, exceptional in my opinion. Special praise must go to Mr.Darren Walter he just exceeded my expectations over and over again. He always called when he said he would or returned my calls promptly. He makes the stressful experience of moving house just about tolerable. Also Sarah Turner who is so approachable and nothing seems too much trouble. My wife and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Waterfords. Outstanding service. Thank you

Great Service

Terrific service from Ben & Tom in the Fleet Office, on the sale of my wife’s flat, they were always available at the end of their personal mobiles if we needed them (with other agents we’ve had the endless answerphone messages that are never answered!!). They chased everything for us, getting the EPC arranged, sorting solicitors and handling all the viewings, really couldn’t fault the service in any way.

Very happy with the service from the…

Very happy with the service from the team at Waterfords. They continued to to get a steady flow of viewings over a period of time through a slow market and after my first buyer pulled out. Communication was always honest and continued through the period. After the offer, they also helped manage the process through to exchange of contracts. I originally bought the property through them and I was very happy to sell it from them as well.

We bought our first investment property through Waterfords and use the fully managed service which is a godsend! Emily helped us get set up 2 years ago and has continued to find us quality tenants with only one small gap between tenancies in that time. The property management team are responsive and give detailed reports on their inspection visits. For first-time landlords, this means that we just don't have to worry about the property, safe in the knowledge that Waterfords are dealing with everything. Highly recommended!
