I feel that Michael Thomas and Jordan Lee go above and beyond for a perspective purchaser! I can honestly say that they tried their absolute hardest to find a new property to match my long list of requirements and contacted me regularly with updates and to me they are two of the best estate agents I have dealt with over the 30 years I have been buying and selling properties! We had the pleasure of dealing with George Fenton. He contacted me on a weekly basis to find out if we were still looking for a property. He always returned calls promptly and without delay and was extremely professional and helpful in dealing with us and answering questions. Nothing was ever to big a problem to help us. He stayed enthuastic throughout the entire process and I can only applaud him for his professional attitude. Selling through Waterfords

We are part way through the sale process. Waterfords are the second set of local agents we have worked with to sell our property. Their advice has been pragmatic, particularly around pricing. They have proved to be good partners, in particular in their tenacity in getting our property in front of potential buyers, evaluating those buyers and negotiating the sale price. I have been impressed that they have maintained regular communication to update us on progress. The team are diligent and consistent, if they say they will get back to you they do.

Professional and Interested

I have dealt with pretty much every estate agent locally, most of which couldn't be less interested in our situation unless we had already sold (which was due to happen to any day). Customer service was generally rubbish also from these others. We met Michael at Waterfords who kept in touch with us minimum twice a week and developed a relationship. Professional, Friendly and not pushy. First agent I dealt with outside of one other who has impressed me. Customer service is important to me and I feel I got that. Others could learn a thing or two in how to treat actual or potential customers.
