I rented for about 5 years from Waterfords and was overall pleased with the experience - Waterfords was better than any previous letting agency I have used. I was also fortunate to have an excellent landlord who was quick to approve repairs and upgrade the property on request. Fiona at Waterfords was very helpful in particular and made my end of tenancy as easy as possible and even went out of her way to assist me after I moved on.
