Wonderful Estate Agents

I have just sold my property with Waterfords Camberley. From the very first email they have been excellent. From setting realistic expectations for time frame and asking price, through to superb communication every step of the way; emails have always been promptly replied to, calls returned, and information provided in a clear manner. I am a first time seller and they could not have made the process easier. Branch manager Nick and the whole team have been friendly and courteous. I have dealt mainly with Sandra, and I cannot commend her highly enough. She took stunning pictures of my property, used her knowledge and expertise to market the flat and secured a buyer in a very short time time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Exceptional Service

I am just writing in respect of my dealings with your company during the course of the above Transaction. This matter has unfortunately been ongoing for a while, with the solicitors on the other side not appearing too keen to expedite things and understandably, our client has not always been the most cordial due to the protracted nature of the sale. It is in the midst of this backdrop that I would just like to say Kris Holmes has been exemplary in his conduct of the case. His professional, courteous and exceptionally helpful assistance has helped the matter progress a lot faster than it might otherwise have done. He is understanding and empathic where there have been delays on the other side and his management of client expectations has been outstanding. He is consistently a pleasure to deal with, and although we would both rather the transaction was tied up and the files off our respective desks as soon as possible, myself and my team will honestly miss liaising with him. Estate Agents and Law Firms do not always have the happiest of relationships, especially when cases drag on, so I felt compelled to inform you that Waterfords, and Kris in particular, has been a rare exception.

Recently moved from Fleet to Camberley, it wasn’t the easiest of purchases, took its time and had its challenges but Sandra Kroll in the Camberley office picked up the baton and was always there to smooth the path both for me the buyer and I’m certain for the sellers too. She was at the end of the phone with an enthusiastic and friendly approach with nothing being to much trouble. I am a private tenant of which Jack Sharples (Fleet office) is my [new] property manager. He has worked tirelessly over recent weeks following a serious plumbing issue in my bathroom. He has emotionally supported me, been kind, supportive, empathic & continually tried to get the issue rectified in a timely manner even when we were dealing with weekends & bank holidays. He's always returned my calls & indeed has always called when he stated he would. I was confident he would do what he said he would, even when he couldn't immediately resolve the issues. He's managed to use appropriate humour to lift my spirits & indeed has without question accepted my frustration, tears, upset & anything else I threw at him. As first time buyers I had no idea what the process of buying a home would be like. Waterfords have made this whole experience amazing! All Estate agents are friendly and up for a bit of banter which for me is an instant plus. We did our first viewing with Abby who was very warm and welcoming and explain things to us perfectly.Our second viewing was with Sandra who was brilliant. Sandra gave us the space to look around freely whilst being straight on it with any questions we had. She was kind, friendly and humorous and made the whole experience one to remember. Whenever i have left a message for Sandra she has called back very quickly and her email response time is spot on. Purchasing a Property with Waterfords in Fleet

The incompetence I recently encountered during my attempt to buy a house through Waterfords Estate Agents in Fleet turned into a total sham from start to finish. Ben's lack of managerial expertise along with James and Henry's limited business skills are immediate calls for concern. I spent a great deal of time and money pursuing the purchase of my chosen property and with the very best intentions, proceeded to have an offer accepted over the asking price. However several days later, I learnt that I had been gazumped without a satisfactory explanation as to why. I fully understand that we are currently in a seller's market, but underhanded tactics as I have experienced fuels existing negativity towards the industry.
