When we started looking for a new home it was a very stressful time for us. Megan made the whole experience completely chilled. From the first phone call she already had four viewings lined up for us which was a massive relief. Just from a short conversations she gauged exactly what we wanted. After being with purplebricks for a year, I decided to try KFH. Within days, Susan Tary had not only visited the property, arranged for photos and prepared the online advert - she had also booked up several viewings, one of which put in an offer. I would recommend Rae Firminger from Chislehurst branch of KFH. Rae was a friendly absolutely genuine person. She made me feel very very comfortable and at ease. Rae conducted herself in a very professional manner, she spoke to you in easy and understanding way. Her knowledge and direct approach was refreshing, unlike the normal somewhat scripted talk of some estate agents. It made the whole house hunting experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend Rae to anyone who may feel a bit apprehensive on joining the property market. I hope we can deal with her in the future.

I have had an excellent experience dealing with Megan in Lettings at the Chislehurst Branch. Throughout my own time looking for a property Megan constantly kept in contact with me. She understands the balance of calling me and emailing me without bombarding me like your average agent. She listens to what you’re telling her and remembers what you want, so doesn’t send you unnecessary properties. So if she emailed me something, I knew it would be worth looking at. And if she called it was because she knew the property wouldn’t be around long. I have since found with Megan and I have to say I wouldn’t want to use another agent again. For as long as I am renting and living in Chislehurst she will be my first point of call. Thank you Megan for everything, KFH are very lucky to have you working for them.

Once you step into this agent, your search is over. They are super professional and very caring at the same time. What I loved the most is the fact that they get very soon what you looking for and they will find the right place for you. My partner and myself have been assisted by Kate, which made everything super smooth. She is very professional and friendly and since the first time we met her, we felt very comfortable. I still remember the first day we went to the agent; was closing time, but she went extra mile accommodating us taking the our details. She found the right place for us and when Kate called my partner, she said that I would have loved the place she found because she knew what I wanted...she was right! Jason has been a massive help in quickly helping us find the perfect place for us to move to whilst negotiating a fair deal on our next rental property. He has been on hand from the get go helping us answer any questions and advising us throughout the process. The dedication he has to his job is outstanding, answering questions and communicating information back to us well past his end of day. From dealing with KFH in Chislehurst I must say how impressed I have been with their service. The moment I booked my first viewing all the way through to the exchange of contracts, I found them very approachable and helpful and quite frankly a delight to deal with. As I work in property and finance myself I set the bar extremely high and I can honestly say KFH didn’t disappoint. Susan the branch manager is very knowledgably and knows her area tremendously well. My 2nd time dealing with KFH in 12 months to rent a flat in the area. Megan Hickey Senior Lettings Negotiator made it her personal business to find me somewhere that I loved. She spent hours with me at viewings both morning and evening and was always happy to spend time with me answering questions and even measured walls with me.Once she found me the perfect home she was again happy to help me she even helped me to move furniture.She never treated it as a business transaction more of a personal mission and understood how fussy I am and catered to my needs every chance she could.She really put her heart into it and made the move a lot less stressful as I was moving quickly and was initially upset when I had notice on my previous flat. We had a great experience wehn using the lettings department of KFH. The agent, was really communicative throughout the process and arranged plenty of viewings with the first fortnight of the flat being available. She was able to secure multiple offers at asking price and advise us in terms of which prospective tenants would be the best fit as well as guide us with all the relevant paperwork and certification necessary to let the flat. However, I would NOT recommend using their property management service, which is awful! Our property manager takes weeks to update us on issues / reply to us. It's taken almost a year to get a single issue fixed and even then there has been miscommunication. We pay a significant amount for the service but have ended up doing most things ourselves.

We are delighted with our new home and could not be happier with the service and support we received throughout. Our agent Sam Ullah was excellent. We must have met him every weekend for about 3 months to view new properties, and view some again on many occasions. Sam was on hand to answer questions but never intrusive. Anything he needed to take away and check was followed up really quickly with answers. Obviously it would not have been a deal breaker, but I was very keen to find our new home through Sam rather than through a different estate agents as he had been so helpful and professional.
